We needed care for my father, who had had a fall and spent 3 months in hospital and skilled nursing. We weren't exactly sure how much time he would need or what services would/could be provided. Shirene, who was fantastic, met with us and went over all options. We decided on starting with 16 hours a day, as he needed quite of bit of care while he was up and awake. Over time, his needs would change so Shirene, and the rest of the staff, continually worked with us while we adjusted his schedule. He is now having caregivers come three mornings a week. The caregivers are always on time, so helpful, and delightful to have around. We could not be happier with the staff, both the help in the home, and those in the office. My dad has had every need met with care and respect. The office staff has been available for conversation and advice every time we have reached out. I am very impressed with EVERLIGHT and would highly recommend them.

We had 24/7 care for my father-in-law, Richard who has dementia and leg problems. We were in the process of moving him to another facility and needed him watched for about 4-6 days. We meet Shireen from Everlight Care and set up the days and time schedule. She walked us through everything and helped us to decide what Richard needed and what was best for him. The care personnel was always on time. They all were kind and very well trained. Richard enjoyed having the company in his home. We were always informed daily. We highly recommend EVERLIGHT care.

Everlight was engaged to help my mother as she declined rapidly into dementia and was very agitated and anxious. The staff at Everlight was unfailingly patient with and kind to my mother for the brief time we had their services before she was moved to memory care. I found Shireen and Jennifer in management to be extremely responsive to any questions or requests, and timely in their follow through. They provided the help we needed as we searched for options for both parents at that time struggling with COVID issues and lockdowns in residential care.

They need bigger workers that can lift me so I don't have to call EMT to get me out of the shower. They need bigger workers to handle larger people.

They are always here when I need them, and I have never had any issues. I have had no issues with them at all, and they are a good company.

They have helped her with things she can't take care of, just household stuff. It's mostly her bath. It's hard for her to do that on her own. It seems to be helping her out pretty good.

I work everyday, and they can take my mom to doctor appointments and get things done around the house that would usually fall on me. They are incredibly reliable, flexible, and they have good staff.

Our experience with Everlight Care so far has been really good. They have provided backup for me, and I like the people they send so far. They come in and bathe my husband, get him in his chair, clean his room and also get him out of his chair. That gives me time to do my errands and stuff. The caregiver is very caring. She's really good and catches on really quick, you just show her one time and she does it. We have them 4 hours for 6 days a week, and some days for longer. In terms of billing, they have my credit card and they just swipe it once a week. I really like the caregiver that I have now. She's caring and makes sure I get to go and do all my errands.

It makes a big impact because I am by myself, I don't have a car, and I don't drive. They are willing to do almost anything. I like their attitude and that they are willing to take me places. I am very satisfied with them.

She views the caregiver as a friend coming in. Gina, the owner, is really involved. I have never once had any altercation with the staff.

Just by being there, it allows me to do other things and not be the caregiver. The only thing that is difficult is not having direct communication with the care providers.

They are more providing social care right now. She needs someone to talk to and take her to lunch. They have been good about that. I like the owner. She is available anytime and gets back to you right away. They make sure the caregiver is introduced to my mother before they start.

They helped her with her morning clean up. They were kind and compassionate. They had good communication. The home aides were very good. The communication was clear.
