We only used Tri-Valley Persona Home Care Services for a short period before our mom passed away. We needed a better alternative to the current provider we were using. Gina and her team are caring and compassionate. More importantly, they were responsive and followed-up with us diligently, Jake was exceptionally wonderful. He was attentive and gentle. While he was there, and he noticed mom's guitar that had been sitting in the corner of the house for a quite some time.. He asked if he could play it. Of course he could. He was wonderful (impressive because he self taught), and he dedicated all songs to her. It was so nice that she was able to hear her guitar being played one last time before she passed.

Tri-Valley Personal Home Care Services was wonderful. They were very responsive. We had them for eight weeks. We had great communication. They were very caring, and they gave my father a birthday cake on his birthday. We had a very positive experience. There was nothing that we were unhappy about.
