Instead of the traditional approach where the individual must fit their needs into the care plan, we adhere to a Person Centered Care model where the care plan is centered entirely on your individual needs, wants and interests.

In a Person Centered Care model, your care plan revolves around you, and evolves with you. It starts with a detailed assessment to gain a deeper understanding of your individual needs such as social, recreational, hobbies and interests, daily schedule, nutritional needs, medical history and any other factors which contribute to your quality of life.

The mission of LiveRight is to deliver the highest level of in-home care and support to help individuals maintain their health, quality of life and independence at home without being institutionalized. We help individuals maintain stability by helping them stay in their homes and live their lives with dignity. While your specific care plan will be customized to your individual needs, the types of care we can provide are grouped into two categories: General Care and Dementia Care. Depending on your needs, your care plan may include services from one or both levels and can be arranged to provide complete scheduling flexibility from a few hours per week, all the way to full time care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
