I could not do it on my own it was very helpful. They helped us with all the basic care needs such as makeup, hair, feeding, and showering.
They were easy to get along with. They did not stretch us for money.

It enables my mom to live independently.
They have always been very helpful in making sure that my mom's care is covered and taken care of. If anybody needs to be out for the day, they always contact me in a timely manner to let me know.

I just can't take care of my mother in my own house.
We also have an independent caregiver, and whenever we have a need for coverage, they're able to fill in right away. They're able to meet an emerging need on short notice.

My caregiver is very attuned to what my disability is. I have poor eyes and bad legs. I am 92.
It depends on the person. I would recommend them to anybody if they had my results. The first girl I had was really bad. The girl I have now I've had for a year or two. She is great and does a really good job.

The services have been a lot of help. I am a lot more relaxed and I don't have as many chores to do. I don't feel stressed out.
The billing has been a bit of a situation, but that has been taken care of.

They helped her with everything because she has dementia. They helped with feeding her showering her and making her comfortable.
I like that they were pretty responsive if I reached out and needed something.

There's someone taking care of him, so that helps. They're here at night and we don't have to worry.
It's gotten better. They sent two ladies that were really nice but really were not punctual, but they've sent new ladies and they're both really nice.

They were very responsive. When they came in the first time, they handled my mother very well.

They are trying. They are willing to learn.
Nothing is perfect. I have to be there with them to watch them and teach them how to do things.

The most helpful part is that I can leave the house. It is respite care for me.
She has a great caregiver and communication with them has been going very well.

The nurses did awesome and did her job, however my loved one could be very stubborn and wouldn't follow what the nurses said.
I liked that everyone was really friendly and helpful.

We worked directly with Lori and she was very engaged and made a lot of effort to help us.

They have helped us with all of the duties that they said that they would provide and that has been helpful.
They are very responsive and they met our staffing needs right away. But they need to have a discussion about possible change of caregivers.
