When there is a problem, someone cannot show up, but they always work really hard to get what we need, their commitment.
I like that they work really diligently to get things right when there are problems with coverage.

Some of them are really not as good a fit. They were younger and would not show up or leave when they felt like it.
I like the manager Daniella, she does a good job.
