We commit to giving our caregivers the training and support they need to ensure they perform at their very best every day.

Responsiveness

We always answer our phones! We recognize than when you or a loved one calls, the questions and needs you have often require an immediate response. We can be reached by phone 24/7 and will never use a messaging service or depend on voicemail.

Caregiver Training

We only hire caregivers that embody our ‘culture of care.’ Each FirstLight caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. Once hired, caregivers go through our custom in-house training program to ensure that they’re able to deliver the care set out according to our standards and your loved one’s Custom Care Plan. Ongoing monthly and annual training is also required. Before providing care, our caregivers are bonded and insured.
