I wasn't completely comfortable hiring a caregiver for my family member but the Liaison was easy to communicate with and paired the caregiver to be a great fit for our family. Any issues are resolved right away and I love our regular caregiver. Takes great care of our loved one!

My parents receive care from this agency. Agency is not very responsive. There are confusions and inconsistencies among caregivers about what they are allowed to do. We made an appointment with Melissa on Friday, 1/17/20. I had to adjust my calendar and left work to meet with her, but she changed the appointment at the last minute. She proposed to meet on Sat 1/18/20 and she did not show up. My wife called her and left a message, but she did not return the call. Irresponsible and terrible customer service.

Great company. Caregivers were very caring and supportive during the time we used them after my husband's surgery. Just what we needed to recuperate.

This company boosted their hourly rate without notifying anyone and never explained the change. Their employees rarely showed up on time and frequently never showed up at all - with no notification. My mother was left in the same clothes for days at a time, medications were skipped and when were aware that I was interviewing other companies they pulled people from the home - directed them not to notify anyone and left my mother alone, unfed and unmedicated. If you really love your family member you do not want to do business with these people. They feel they have no one to answer too.
