Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

My father is set up Right at Home Tucson, Arizona twice a day. The overall experience has been excellent, we've been given very good service for my father. Their scheduling is very flexible and their billing setup is good. They auto-draft once a week for billing from my father's checking account. They make his meals, they manage his medications, they do light housekeeping such as cleaning the kitchen and doing laundry, and changing the bedsheets. They will also take him to appointments, medical appointments, or haircut appointments. He's had a variety of caregivers, and they've all been very, very competent and very caring, and they take very good care of him. We chose them because the owner is part of the committee that standardizes the care practices in the state of Arizona, so that's what attracted me to that company. One good thing is that their management team is very accessible, and they are very good at transmitting information on my dad's care and helping out when he has emergency situations. So the management team is very accessible and very helpful.

Anything they needed they would do it, and they did it with a smile which made them very comfortable. It just made a really bad situation the best that it could be.
We're in California and my father-in-law needed extra help because we cannot be there. The caregiver has been amazing with them, she is their favorite out of all of them.

I got Right at Home Tucson for my husband. She helps in giving showers, doing daily exercise, coaching him, does the meals for him and the laundry. She's excellent, I couldn't ask for any better, and I'm so happy. I would recommend them.

I need their help because the care for my husband is 24/7. Without their service, I would probably go crazy.

I have somebody coming over once a week from Right at Home to help my father-in-law get in the shower, give him his medication and give him his dinner. The caregiver is fine, but needs a little motivation, and I have to give that person specifics about what to do. Their billing is better than everybody else. They are the most affordable and very flexible. They get people at the last minute and if you have to cancel, nobody gets upset or anything.

I'm in California. She often has a different opinion whether it has a big impact on her. They let me know when there is issues. They are pretty quick being able to call. Being able to communicate over texting is helpful.
They give me a call when there is an issue, and I like the log that they keep in the room to keep track of the care.

The customer always thinks that the worker should do more, but it all works out in the end. There needs to be an established protocol between the two parties of what the worker's responsibilities are.
