I'm POA for a friend and we hired Tender Heart Home Care and the caregiver providing services is a retired nurse and she is amazing and we couldn't ask for a better situation. I give the caregiver a 5 star and the company. Thanks

Let me start by saying that I couldn't ask for a better experience. I live out of state and I needed someone that I could depend on to provide care for my mother who fell and broke her hip. The rehab center released her sooner than I expected and this put me in a bind. I called Tender Heart Home Care from a recommendation from a friend that had a good experience with them as well and they were very informative on the phone which put me at ease and they went to the rehab center and perform a free assessment on my mother right away. I was also able to setup services really easy with no contract via email which made everything so much easier. Mom is doing great and loves her caregiver that provided. Thank you so much!

The first caregiver Tender Heart Home Care sent is the same one that we've been using, and we've had her for a couple of months now. She's been wonderful, and when she has gone on vacation, either my brother or I fill in, or one time we were both gone, we hired temporary caregivers, and they were wonderful also. I really liked both of them. Their scheduling has been spot on. It's everything you would want it to be. The billing is always accurate, but my father gets a little confused between the weekly statement and the actual bill. They bill you every week, and I wish it was every two weeks. It ends up being a lot of paperwork for him, and he doesn't handle it real well, but the number of hours has been accurate when I check it. What we have experienced with them has been fine.

We had a couple of people that came in the house for a while from Tender Heart Home Care. They were very nice and very professional, and they came in here very quickly especially when I needed them to. They really took care of my mother-in-law. I really liked them. They were very good people. The billing and scheduling were great. There were no problems at all. The caregiver's work ethics was very good. They helped made her food, cleaned up the house, and helped her shower.

The services provided by Tender Heart Home Care were exactly what we needed for the care of my mother. The caregiver was attentive and nurturing. The company was professional and easy to work with. From our initial home visit to the quality of care, we were pleased with our decision to use Tender Heart Home Care. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs home care for their family members or friends.

I submitted a request to have Tender Heart give me a call and I was called back instantly. I was in a bind because I live out of state in my mom needed care urgently and Tender Heart was over her house within a hour to do a free assessment. They called me back right away after the assessment with all the details including how bad the situation was, price, and their advice on care needs. They were able to take care of all the paperwork by email and start care for my mother that day. We are very happy thus far and they were right on time. Thank you.

Tender Heart was very resources and knowledgeable. We were worried about how to pay for these type of services but when we told Tender Heart that my mother was a surviving spouse of a veteran they stepped right in and did all the paperwork and got my mother approved for free in home care services within 3 weeks. Not only was this helpful financially but our caregiver was very loving and provided my mother excellent care until her final days. Thank you again Tender Heart Home Care.

I owned and operate a medical practice and assisted living.I met Ray in a senior expo. I just liked him personally and I thought that he is a man with character. My husband and I have referred to him for my medical practice and assisted living for folks that need to go home. We have referrals to him that have been with his care for 4 and a half years now and have very excellent reviews about his service and character. The love the care. The care was excellent and professional. I get really positive feedback from folks who hired him.
I think very highly of Ray and his company. He also can help on some things that a lot of his competitors cannot. He's good with helping people get on medicaid plan and the VA benefits.

Ray had been initially real upfront. He explained everything. Our experience with the caregivers was positive. I never had any problems and complaints. We have been using Tender Heart Home Care since March 2011. Their care is great. I've been very pleased.

The crew at Tender Heart were very caring for my parents and I would recommend them to anyone. We considered them family. Our parents are in a nursing home now and Tender Heart even helped us find a nice nursing home for them.

After my mother had hip surgery I needed to make sure that she would get the best care possible at home so we consulted with my mom Doctor and he recommended Tender Heart Home Care. Tender Heart came out right away and met my mother and they were very knowledgeable and professional. They have been caring for my mother for quite some time and it was a perfect match. Thanks to my mother Doctor and Tender Heart Home Care for successful surgery, recommendation, and exceptional care.
