I have a caregiver from Home Matters Caregiving - West Phoenix, AZ, and Stephanie is wonderful. The other day when she came out, she asked if there was some particular project that I'd want her to take care of that day. I was not feeling well. I'd gotten sick the night before to my stomach, and before she left she said, "Would you like me to heat up some broth soup and slice some bread for you?" She didn't need to do things like that, but I needed somebody and I was very grateful that she saw my need and just said "Let me do this." They bill every week on a Friday, and they have it on direct pay out of your account, and I get a receipt of payment the next week after the bill comes through. They're very good at making sure that they're there. They're wonderful, and I would highly, highly recommend them. You will not be sorry to have any of your referrals have them so that they could stay in their own home.

I contacted this company months before I finally had my surgery so I had them ready to help me during my recovery and Jessica was regularly in contact with me and my best friend for months before the surgery finally happened. I got really sick and was admitted to the hospital so the surgery was cancelled and rescheduled two times before needing someone here to help me for a few days. She called to check on me and stopped by a couple of times to. Very attentive and caring. The caregivers I had were excellent and I couldnt of asked for nicer girls to help me when I needed them. Monet & lydia did a fantastic job! I have your number saved in my phone and will definitely call when I need you again.

God bless Home Matters. I am so glad to have home matters as my home care I am grateful that I am able to physically still do somethings for myself but grateful I have them for what I can not. I am so pleased with having my kitchen and dining room cleaned as I have not had the strength for the last 3 months to do it myself. God bless my caregiver Stephanie and Jessica for helping me set this up. We all need to be greatful for everything that we have and are able to do because without gratitude for what already have how can we ask God for more?

Home matters was there for my mom when she didn't think she needed it. Stephanie was her caregiver and although my mother thought she was okay not needing help Stephanie was there the day and time she needed it most and I am very thankful for that. I live out of State so it meant a lot knowing there was a team of people here that I could call or have call me if there were any issues I otherwise wouldn't know about. Very pleased that my mom had someone here with her to help. Thank you, Stephanie and Jessica, for a job so wonderfully done.

I have been in AZ with health issues that prevent me from going back to my home State to be with my family and having Home Matters as a support out here has been a real blessing. I have a really great caregiver, Jay, that will make herself available even at the last minute when I need her. Jessica is the manager and is just as dependable as any of my friends would be if they were here. They have been there through all the extra health issues that come up and regularly check on me. I would've been out here going through this alone all year if not for this service. It is more than just a caregiver company.

I started out with Home Matters from the rehab where I was unable to walk on my own and dependent on oxygen at all times. I had everyday care that came in real handy because I got really sick and needed to go back to the hospital a couple of months later. When I was able to go home, I needed to have someone with me around the clock and Home Matters was able to provide that for me for as long as I needed. I started to get better and stronger to the point where I am almost independent again. I grew fawned of my main caregivers, and they've become extended family. I am young enough to not need the caregiving forever, but I know who to call if I even need help again. They made it possible for me to heal and get my life back with their support.
