We had a hard, disorganized and inconsistent experience with Homeinstead. My mother had a different caregiver usually every week - we were paying and did not mind paying until it became a hectic and unreliable service. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of Hope and when I did via email or text it was dry or disconnected responses. I know covid overwhelmed the whole industry and caregiving work is not easy but it’s also not free. Our mother didn’t receive the assistance she deserved, which often happens to Black women. My mother in many ways didn’t receive a full experience of care and I do not recommend this location. Terry with another Homeinstead has been accessible and a huge resource but I strongly feel that this whole industry needs a new infrastructure / reorganizing as covid as revealed where the weak spots are in this type of service for family members.

Great communication! I'm kept up to date on all things related to our care. We couldn't ask for better caregivers - they have all been so kind, caring, and trustworthy. We could never have gotten through this without them!

Home Instead took care of my dad for a short time post covid. Everyone was so helpful and supportive and caring of dad. It was so nice and comforting to know that he had compassionate professional care in his home and that I could go back to work and trust that he was in good hands. Thank you Hope and all your wonderful staff!! :)

The staff both in office and on site really took the time to get to know my dad and make sure the right personalities match with my dads. The people they hire are extremely attentive and meticulous when providing care

We've been using Home Instead Senior Care for my mom for about two years now. We've had several caregivers coming from that agency and some were better than others, but for the most part their service has been excellent.

We used Home Instead a couple of times. The only thing I didn't know about was that you have to sign a contract stating that we couldn't use anyone else's services. You'd be locked in. Otherwise they were great.

Did your loved one recently get out of the hospital? Are they needing a little extra tender loving care? If so, why not try Home Instead Senior Care Services. I contacted them recently in regards to my grandmother who was in need of extra help after hip surgery. I must say I was very impressed. The program coordinator agreed to meet with grandma and myself the very same day to discuss our needs. In this one meeting, I knew this company was a great choice. Michelle, the coordinator, listened to everything my grandma had to say and answered our questions in great detail. One of our biggest concerns like most families was cost. .However, this worry was quickly over when taken away as we were assured that the company accepts many long term care insurance policies including Arizona Long Term Care.(ALTC's). No insurance, no problem, they even have an Easy Pay program for those who pay completely out-of-pocket.. Grandma has now been with Home Instead for a month and thoroughly enjoys every minute with her "Home Helper," Nancy.
