We hired Home Helpers & Direct Link of The North Valley for my client, Louis. They're providing companion care and prompting for some of the ADLs. They can only do prompts because he's in a community, but they have been really pleased with them. He's been doing really good. The woman who came out has been able to work with him very well. The owner is Joe and he really listened to the individual needs of the client and he stays involved with the care. He's been really great at communication.

Home Helpers are the Best! Joe took a personal interest and assisted me in every way when I was very ill and unable to care for myself. He hand picked a caregiver for me who could not have been a better fit for me. Everything was made effortless for me. My overall experience was an A+.
