The most helpful thing has been to have care every day which helps the family and especially my dad. The caregiver does exercises with him and gets him ready.
They could ask the client if they have special needs that need to be tended too. Sometimes they send out caregivers that aren't qualified.

They just spend time with him so that I can do my errands and special things that I have to do like appointments. They make sure that he doesn't fall.
I'm very happy with their care. We've had them and the same caregiver for over a year.

They didn't rush through anything and they were gentle.
They were professional, caring, and had a sense of humor and they were nice to have around because they were like family and they were compassionate.

She helps him shower and get dressed. I can no longer do this, so it is a huge help.

The care we get is better than we would get anywhere else. The caregiver jumps right in and they anticipate things.
They do what they are supposed to do and leave us alone.

So far, I've had a good experience. I'm happy with my caregiver. Every time I need someone, they send someone.

She helps me do things that I cannot do and improves the quality of my life.
I like that they work well with their clients and provide extra help if my caregiver provider cannot make it. They also try to accommodate to my schedule and the hours that I want. I have had other care providers, and this agency is the best.

They have made it positive because they are always there when they are supposed to be there and when they say they will be. They are loving, kind, patient, and professional, especially Jackie.
I like the specific nurse we have now. She has been wonderful and works well with the VA.

They really help me take care of other things because I have kids and grocery shopping, so it helps me get out of the house.
They have good communication, and they are available whenever I call.

He helps my wife vacuum, helps me with my shower, and does everything I want him to do.
When we first started, I would get different people from time to time so I talked to the office and ever since then, I've had the same guy.

There are a lot of things I wouldn't be able to do if I didn't have someone to assist me.

I like that they are able to be here. Otherwise, I would do everything myself.
They're very responsive. If somebody can't come, they're good about getting somebody else to come. Most of their girls are pretty competent.

They've made my life easier. I love the punctuality and their ability to get things done. Anything that I need help with, they don't have a problem doing. She likes what she does.
I just know that my home care worker is fabulous. The quality of people has been great.

They help the most with the physical things, such as stretching. He enjoys having them here to play games with him.
I like that they are on time and willing to change the tasks depending on his needs.

I can't walk very far, so when I go shopping, they go with me.
If they are going to be late, the office will call.

For him, it is great. For me, it is difficult. I have OCD, so is difficult when the caregiver does things differently than I do.
They work with the time limits I have, and sometimes I have to call and cancel due to circumstances.

The provider does things that I don't have to do, so I'm not as tired and can be nicer.
They were very responsive to our preference for a male caretaker, and they are hard to get. They got us one, and he fits in great with our family.

I live out of state, so trying to get Frank situated and have his needs met was extremely difficult. I liked the fact that they were so reliable. Sometimes, I would call and have to have services brought in that day. They were anticipatory of that.
They are totally responsive and reliable.

When she is finished with what he needs, she helps me with household chores. She helps me with laundry and dishes. She is very helpful.
I think the person they send is very in tune with my loved one's requirements.

They help me care for him. When they do show up and take over for me, it is great. They bathe him and take care of him while I'm cooking and such. They clean and watch him and help me care for him.
The fact that they have Home Care Pulse call and check up on us proves to us that they care.

They are there promptly, which shows that they're interested. They're there for the whole time and are attentive. They don't sit on their phone. They think about what else needs to be done. They make sure that I'm doing what I need to do.
They are reliable. When they say that they'll be there, someone is there.
