The people are really nice. She cleans. Now, the place is really nice and she has my aunt cleaning up.

Right now they are helping me more than him and they know that. I have difficult going upstairs and down stairs to do laundry and they know that.
They are very helpful and they are on the phone if there is a problem or if they think there is a problem.

They made a big difference in his life. A gentleman would come and entertain him. He had someone different to talk to. I'm now his only caregiver because of the virus but we liked his aide before I took over.
I like that they care about the people that work for them by handing out PPE.

My house is cleaner. I have COPD so she dusts frequently. I can breathe easier because of it.
My caregiver is on time and starts right away when she walks through the door.

I couldn't do this without them. I would tear my hair out and bang my head against the wall if it weren't for them.
Most of the caregivers that are sent are actually very caring. There are few that I would call lazy.

For some reason, the caregivers are very young and inexperienced.
They do whatever is necessary and do a little bit of housekeeping. If I didn't tell them to do anything, the caregivers would be sitting in the chair.

They come in and do things for me. The demands on the caregivers at my assisted living home are huge so it's nice to have a personal caregiver take care of me.

I like how they prepare my mom's breakfast.
They forgot to take out the trash, and they've also forgotten to do the bed. However, I would still rate them highly because they have given us great service. They just forget those two things.

She was friendly and helpful.
My son saw their ad and we called and they came out. They seemed to have what I needed, I needed someone to come out and help me with things, or my daily care. The lady that came out was very excellent. She was just there for me.

They are very helpful. I am really old and I am hardly able to get out of the house, so they give very good company and they come to help me get caught up.
So far everyone has been really nice to me. They have shown up on time and they let me know when they are coming.

I couldn't have managed after the surgery without them.

They help the most by making sure I have to right medications in my eyes and making sure I have food.
They can get better people because I have had a few of them and no one lives up to what one particular caregiver does for me. They need to be able to work on their own and not have to be told all the time.

In two and a half hours she has this place spic and span.
I have never been disappointed. My caregiver is excellent. She is very quiet. She knows everything that she is doing.

They do stuff I cannot do like moving heavier objects and do things that I find difficult to do.
They could give us knowledge of who is coming to the home. Sometimes we have not had that and would like to know who is walking up to the door.

If I have to go out, I will go out while he has company, which allows me to get some alone time so I can do the things I would otherwise not be able to do.

The people they have sent to help my mother are great. It provides me with peace of mind to know that someone is taking care of her.
I like that it is easy to get a hold of them 24 hours a day. I have never had any problems with them.

As much as they could be, they were. She was always looking for her parents and trying to go home. The girls did the best they could, and I appreciated their help.

My daily life is not very good, and it is poor. They help me but there is not much they can do. I am hurt all the time so they can't give me pain pills like my private nurse.
I am alone with my caretakers. I am 91 years old so I don't go out much. I would recommend them. They came and helped me. They are very nice people. The one that came this morning tried to help me walk and was very nice exercising and helping me walk down the hall which was very good.

The girls that do come are very helpful and friendly and do a lot. I feel like they do a lot more than they get paid for doing.
They could be more consistent on caregivers. I have had so many different ones.

They could encourage more arts and crafts. They should put the same thing on television all the time. A lot of the time, they put on what they want to watch rather than what my mom wants to watch.
We should be able get a better match. If the client wants one caregiver on a long term basis they should try to match that. That is really important especially for memory cases.

It would be helpful if I had permission to communicate with the caregivers on a more personal basis.
They could improve the communication. They are very attentive and helpful. My problem is that it is so different having to go directly to the office for everything. I am used to communicating with the caregivers and that is hard for me to adjust to. They just need to improve the communication.

I'm over there every day anyway, but I have the agency so that I can have someone with my mom throughout the day. She gets additional help, and there's always someone checking on her.
I've already recommended people to the agency. They're so caring and good with my mom.

It has been extremely helpful. When I call for help to see if someone can come in at a different time, they are always willing to help accommodate. They care about us as people and not just as clients.
I like that the staff is very professional, kind, and cater to my needs effectively. My main girl is terrific and wonderful.

My biggest complaint is getting a different caregiver every day, and that is a little disconcerting. I think maybe they could be more experienced. Some of them are quite young.

They're hired to provide housekeeping, so it's basically for me. I'm not well, myself. I have more issues than my husband. He's disabled and has dementia. His insides are healthier than mine. I have to take care of him because he can't do things mentally. He can't follow simple directions. It's a big help.
The gals that are at the front desk aren't accurate. They aren't organized, and they don't follow through. I brought in a letter to give to a caregiver with information. They said that she'd be in that afternoon and that they'd pass it on. They never gave it to her. I don't think they do a good job.

If they could get more consistent, that would be good. For as long as it takes to explain, they could have been doing things on their own.
The only thing that I get upset about is they don't send the same person. I get upset with them and then they do better. It's hard for someone for two hours, and they don't know what do.
