I have gotten a consistent caregiver. Other times when they have a substitute, it's not so good. I think I just got lucky with the one I've got now.
I would like to see the training on equipment improved. I would like to see more training on dementia care.

I am not sure how my caregivers could have a greater impact. They're doing great. My caregivers have helped me the most by helping me get my day started.
I am not sure how the agency could improve. I like that they're reliable.

I like that the agency does what they say they will. Their caregivers treat the client like more than just a case.

I need a fair amount of supervision. The girl is young and hasn't done any baking. I have had to stay close to her to assist her.

They helped the most by understanding the needs and trying to find someone to fit the needs.
I think that the people in the office are very personable. I think that they listen to what you need for your loved one. I think that they have gone out of their way to find someone. Unfortunately, they cannot find anyone.

There was virtually no impact on her daily life, due to the caregivers lack of experience. The caregiver was mostly sitting and watching tv with my wife.
The caregiver that was sent seemed to lack confidence in trying to redirect and change my wife's behavior, specifically in basic hygiene needs. They need more experienced caregivers.

I was required by my hospital to have a 24/7 caregiver. I didn't find it necessary, but the caregivers from this agency were ready and eager to provide more services to me. I didn't want them to take care of me, I prefer to be alone, but it is nice that they were there in case of an emergency.
This agency has been very kind and considerate to me and is always eager to accommodate me.

The company has sent me three different caregivers. The first one was difficult for me to understand but the other two have been great.

My dad has been very happy with the service. They take him to his appointments. Some of the caregivers are really sweet with him and help him communicate.
It is always easy to reach someone you have been working with. The staff is conscious about getting into contact with me if they need me.

I'm not under any pressure to sign up, and when I request the respite caregiver to come, I can usually get the same person. I like the idea that I can always get the same person.

I can't drive anymore, but they will drive me around when needed, and they will take me to any doctors' appointments when needed.
I don't seem to be much of a talker, but with them here, we have became very close and we are like good friends.

It was very helpful, even though she only came twice a week. She gave us some relief from caring for my mother. It took a lot of weight off our shoulders.
They always kept in constant contact with me. The caregiver they sent was a perfect fit for my mother.

I'm not completely disabled, so we spent a lot of time just talking. It was certainly positive, but they were mostly just there for me to offer companionship.
The two ladies that they sent were terrific. They're both quite different but terrific. I was amazed with how they could find different locations. They have a lot of background in this field.

I went from a situation to where I was mobile to where I was wheelchair, so my whole life was different. They were able to help me with those things I couldn't do anymore.
I had the same nurse assist me every time, so I got to know who was helping me.

We're using them for my wife. They come and clean her up, fix her breakfast, and do light housework like washing the dishes or vacuuming. The caregiver seems very knowledgeable and very friendly. There was no delay in billing. The management is good. They started right, and the aide comes in right on time.

They could give me four more caregivers to work for cheap. This caregiver I have is a good worker.
They could get their caregivers to cook for one person and not an army. We worked it out, and it was not a big deal. She is running an errand for me right now to get some food for the week.

It has helped a great deal to have them here. I wouldn't have been able to manage without them. I am not strong enough to get my loved one in and out of things all day long and I can't give them a shower. They help out with all of the moving that I have to do.
I have very nice and efficient caregivers right now, but in the spring, I had a caregiver that stole my things. It happened gradually, but they kept finding things to pocket.

Some were good and some were bad. They needed to have some people who were physically strong enough to do the job and needed more knowledge to do the job.
They need to communicate with the clients and caregivers so that we are all on the same page.

We are very pleased with one caregiver because they've had lots of training. Many of the CNAs didn't know how to hook up emergency air in case of a power outage. They need to give me more information.
Still to this day, it is unclear who is coming every day. We never know who is coming in the morning, and I would like a schedule. I think I had an issue with training, and the communication was not good from administrator to the caregiver.

In general, the caregiver is a hard worker and impresses me. They can clean the floors, do my laundry, and cook me my meals, which is helpful.
The caregiver has to use my cell phone to call in the office and I would prefer them to use my home phone.

Without my mother-in-law there, he's lonely and misplaced, and the caregiver makes all of that go away.
We have a male nurse that works with my father-in-law, and he goes above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone. He's been great. He's been compassionate, caring, patient, and has done his job extremely well.

They have a very positive impact and I definitely need them. It also depends on who the caregiver is. I am lucky and have a good caregiver that helps me, but if someone has a caregiver that isn't as proficient, I wouldn't rate it as high.
The company does a good job in everything that they do.

It's a lot better, because she helps me with my exercising, and she takes care of the laundry for me. She makes the bed for me, because I can't lift the mattress, so that has been help for me. It's more than I expected, having her here.
I would definitely recommend it. I like that she is here on time every day that she comes, and she does everything that I need to get done.

The caregiver is good. The first caregiver I had didn't come anymore and I was upset to loose them. The new caregiver I have is a delight.
The invoicing system is poor. When I call, they are nice, but things just don't seem to get better.

I could not do the house work because of my pace maker and my arm was in a sling. I told her the way I wanted it cleaned.

We would did some puzzle things together that were a little more difficult than the ones I would do on my own. It made me realize I should be doing more of those on my own.
If someone cannot do things for themselves or are forgetful, they are a good company. The caregivers were all excellent people.
