Met with Kelly explaining in detail the nature of our needs. He assured us that Synergy could rise to the challenge. The first caregiver they sent out was physically unable to provide the care required. Same with the second caregiver. The third time no one showed up at the scheduled time. After four phone calls to Brenda to find out what was going on, she told me no one would be coming. If you like unpredictability, lack of communication and unprofessionalism this is your company!

They provided me with a caregiver very quickly. They responded quickly in regards to my inquiry. She has served my needs, so I don't have to look for anyone else.
They've provided me with a good staff that meets the requirements I need. They take care of business very quickly and they're prompt.

The follow up is good. I have had a number of girls come in and I would like to keep the same girl.
Their services are very good. They follow up with their calls and don't leave me hanging. I am very happy with it.

The caregiver is a real wiz and a wonderful cook. She is constantly moving. Right now as we speak, she is doing laundry. The other caregiver is good, too!
She is an excellent cook, she keeps my house spotless.
I am very adamant about people being on time and most of the time they are.
When I ask for something, they get right on it.

Bringing caregivers in helped me the most. Right now I don't have any caregivers. I was told that they didn't want to continue services with me.
The caregivers are good.

We have the services once a week and that is a day that I use to go out. She is not by herself, which is a great comfort for her. It is fantastic.
They provided us with a caregiver who pretty much matched our criteria.

I still have to be at the home because I am trying to get my mom used to having caregivers in the home and I am hoping to get to the point where I don't have to be there.
The caregivers have been very pleasant and patient.

They help her to stay clean and they do a good job with the shower.
Everybody that we've had has been super nice and they do a good job, and they're just very personable, nice, and a nice group of girls.

The new caregiver has helped quite a bit. The bad experience with the first caregiver caused damage to us. She helps take the work load off and that makes our lives easier.
Right now, we are happy with the new caregiver. We had a bad experience with a caregiver where the caregiver stole something from us. They replaced her and we are happy with her so far.

SYNERGY HomeCare has helped me the most by providing me a person that does the best they can at keeping my place neat and clean, even though they are not perfect. It is up to me to tell them what they are doing wrong, but I know they are trying their hardest.
The personal care person needs to keep my place cleaner.

I have a young lady who helps me with my shower, and she is wonderful. I really wasn't showering very often until this lady came to help me from the agency. This young lady has been absolutely wonderful.

This is the lady that works for me now and I already knew her. I am very pleased with the way they've handled the case from the beginning before she even got here. I was surprised because we already knew each other. The supervisor came and figured out what could be done. I was very impressed. I didn't have to wait for months for someone to come. I'm pretty much bedridden and I haven't had my laundry done in a while, so they're able to help with that. If they aren't able to help me, I have no one else.

They're flexible enough for our schedules. The caregivers we've had have worked really well with my wife. They come in and take care of the things I would have to do during the day, like dishes and meal preparation. They address any personal needs she has.

The individual they sent to work with me has been fantastic. The office staff is friendly and polite to talk to. My father had surgery. It was incredibly important that someone be here to care for me while my dad recovers. Everything is absolutely necessary.

I would tell my friend that SYNERGY HomeCare doesn't provide the best care. When we first needed SYNERGY HomeCare, they helped us out tremendously, and the first caregiver was exceptional, but the other caregivers they sent, make me feel like I can do what they are doing. I would like them to get my husband up, and get him breakfast.

My caregiver is wonderful and is so dedicated. I hope that she stays as my provider for quite awhile. They have helped me the most by making my life easier. My caregiver comes in and takes over, she does the work that I cannot do regularly. She is so good and she works very quietly.

They are very poor communicators when it comes to the clients. They don't talk to each other about what is going on. They could do much better. If we didn't like the caregiver right now, we'd look for someone else. We've had a number of people we've had to refuse. We have to train the caregivers. Their people don't always work well with Alzheimer's.

SYNERGY is about our second or third agency. Some of the caregivers are not up to standard. SYNERGY is about the same as the other companies. Each person who needs care is an individual. The caregivers have to learn how to do the same things as our previous caregivers. Things are going pretty well now.

They are very accommodating, and they get back to me quickly when I'm in contact with them. They came out right away with the evaluations and set everything up a lot more quickly than I thought they would. My normal routine is impossible, so having them come out as soon as they were available makes everything so much easier.

I like using them because they are a good company. They are able to care well for my loved one, and they take care of issues that come up. My life has been easier because they understand me, and they do everything that I ask them to do for my loved one. The caregivers are very skilled too.

Two different girls show up and they are thorough and good workers. It's a big help to get the care I need because I have multiple disabilities and it's nice to get help.

When the gentleman from SYNERGY HomeCare came here I asked him to send a couple caregivers for me to interview, but he said they would just send a caregiver out and if they didn't work out I would have to let them know. The caregivers that SYNERGY HomeCare has sent aren't very experienced.

SYNERGY HomeCare has good people who come from SYNERGY HomeCare to care for my wife. I am very happy with them. SYNERGY HomeCare will come and talk with my wife, and they help a little and clean up a little in the kitchen. We have a good time with the caregivers.

We've had good people from SYNERGY HomeCare, but I did have a problem with a caregiver that falsified her time sheet. I wasn't happy with their paperwork. SYNERGY HomeCare just needs to be more specific, and they should let me see the weekly billing before they give me the monthly billing.

SYNERGY HomeCare has very nice staff and caregivers. My husband likes his caregiver very much, but he doesn't really need four hours of care. We would prefer that the caregivers do their job in less than two or three hours. I think the caregiver can only come for a time frame of four hours.

The quality of work is fine, and I am satisfied with my caregiver. I cannot do my own cleaning, because my caregiver does that for me which is a big help.

The schedulers at SYNERGY HomeCare are really good at getting us caregivers when we need them. They get caregivers for us, but they don't really do much, just sit there with the client.
