I would like to share my families experience with Preferred Care at Home of Scottsdale. Our family tried to keep our mom at home when she was developing Alzheimer’s, thinking that was the best thing. We all traded off the days of care but it became evident that mom wasn’t really getting the best of care because we had jobs, business deadlines we had to meet, along with our own families to care for. Therefore, we started the task of finding a care at home business that was up to our expectations for her care. We had heard of Preferred Care at Home of Scottsdale from some of our friends and set up a meeting with them. Sherman G, the owner, met with us and answered all of our questions, plus gave us a couple of references to talk to. Well, after that, we were satisfied that this company would be a great company to care for our mom. They cared for our mom for several years until the time came when she had to have greater care in an assisted living facility. Preferred Care at Home of Scottsdale deserves a 5 star rating as to the complete care they gave to our mother plus the caregivers that gave her such wonderful care. Mike

I used Preferred Care at Home when I was in Scottsdale. I chose them because they were a friend of a friend. I got day care for my wife. They were very good. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable.

I found Preferred Care at Home online, I interviewed them and it made my decision to go with them. They provided in home care to my father. I was completely satisfied 100%! I was impressed with their professionalism and care for my father. They were great to work with and did a phenomenal job.

My mother is the one who found the service for my father. It was the Caring.com website that my mother received recommendations for caregivers. There were six of them and we interviewed the six. We chose Preferred Care at Home. They provided basically companionship for walks and made sure he had lunch. All of the caregivers were good. I know my dad was happy. Everything worked out. I can't remember the manager's name but she was really good. She was very communicative because we have the changes. I really appreciate her. I'll give them 4 stars rating only because we switched caregivers a few times.

Preferred Care took care of my mother for 2 years and my dad for a short time. They were wonderful "Angels". We were happy and blessed to have them.
