When I first came home from surgery, they were all so great. They gave me a lot of security. Just having them there overnight was great because every time I needed them, they were always there.
I have had several caregivers and they all seemed to be well educated. They are all willing to help with things around the home.

We were not going to pull people in originally, but things took a turn and we suddenly needed home care services. When we brought people in, everything went very smoothly and they were even able to help with nights while we slept.
They were very good about pulling things together and making things right, even if there were issues.

It meets the needs, which is why we hired professionals to do it for us. He is not doing some tasks, which is a major part for us.
I like their manager, the gal that comes to the house and explains the services. She is professional and sharp. I can call her number 24/7.

The main requirement is someone who could get my wife through the day. It allows me to get things done throughout the day.
I like that they listened when I told them what I was looking for. They gave us people and we found somebody we are happy with. They follow up frequently to see how things are going. It has been a good experience.

Carlisia, the nanny is outstanding. When I called Bright Horizons and had a question I did not get them and I was on the line for an hour, but this agency got through to them and they helped me on it. I am pleased with their customer service.

One caregiver was very young and needed to be trained, she seemed distracted. The other two stuck very close to me.

There is no change that can make it easier because it comes down to the fact that the cost of healthcare is expensive and this is not covered by it.
They are excellent at communication and their employees seem to really care.

The caregivers who came out were very helpful. They helped with anything that I needed at any given time.
I liked how nice they were. The owner was willing to come out when the caregiver was unable to.

The people that we have here, one is very good, but others are not very compatible.
Usually, they try to provide the people they need, but sometimes, that doesn't happen and that's the problem.

They were helping him. We had no complaints, and we thought everything was going along fine.
They were doing fine work, and they sent over some ladies who were very helpful. They rolled him and cleaned him. They were able to change his sheets, and they were doing a very nice job. We were very pleased.

I am home now in Vancouver and just wanted to thank you and your staff again for your help with my father. It was a Godsend to have them there at night. Raquel and Linda especially went beyond the call of duty. I appreciate the kindness and attention all of them paid to Charlie.

They have been flexible with scheduling, probably more than they need to be, and that is very appreciated.

The caregiver that comes is very caring and knowledgeable. She is helpful and always asking if there is anything that she can do for me, she is very good. My daily life isn't too great and if I have the service, it is better. She does things that I can't do anymore.

My mother couldn't get off the sofa and she had soiled herself so I called them up and they were able to get a caregiver out in two hours, so everything just fell together. I wanted someone for four days for fours hours at a time to help my mother get back on her feet and she recovered quicker than I thought, so the agency helped me in a time of crisis.

The two caregivers that I have are very different, but they're good, each in their own way. Without them, I would just be floundering here in this house by myself. They are a godsends. The meals they prepare are very good. They don't give me a whole lot of food and I don't really want it because I don't do anything. We go places. We are going to go over and see my wife at the hospital and that's quite wonderful. The caregivers will go with me and then they disappear tp let me have time with my wife.
