Homewatch Caregivers provided care for my mother during the Covid 19 pandemic. She is in her 90s with dementia and the isolation was causing serious decline. Homewatch sent in personable people to spend time with my mom. They played cards, took walks, sent us notes about how she was doing. The caregiver arrived on time and was responsive to our requests for how she interact with our mom. My sister and I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Contacted them for respite care: 3 hrs each Sat am and pm, repeat for Sun. Sat am person wonderful, got Mom up, showered, dressed, made bed, put dishes in dishwasher. Did great job. Sat pm was 1 hr late and had little training, left ALL the lights on, and Mom missed taking her last pill. Sun am was same person as Sat am, but merely got Mom up; same clothes as Sat, and no pants, when was there for care, not cleaning. Sun pm person was 1/2 hr early. Told her the routine, but Mom missed her evening pill again, although I'd mentioned Mom needed reminding. She did turn lights off. Margie was great on phone and with getting Sat pm person there, but professional office staff didn't equate to professional service folks.

The lady's are very friendly. They do a very good job taking care of the person in need. Also doing lite housework. Thank you Homewatch.

Homewatch CareGivers has been assisting my mom for over 3 years as she has battled with cancer, vision loss and memory loss. They provide friendly, efficient service and are extremely accommodating (my mother often cancels and schedules at the last minute.) In addition, the principals are very knowledgeable and every member of the staff is personable, well-trained and professional. They are extremely responsive and always go the extra mile. As my sister and I live on the other side of the country, we are reassured to know that our mother is in good hands. In sum, Homewatch CareGivers is an outstanding provider of home care services. We are lucky to have them.

Margie and crew have refined the art -- and it is an art -- of spontaneous, customized home care for the elderly. They have a sixth sense for the right kind of person to help someone, and are on call -- almost like a hospital -- at all hours. My own mom came to know of Homewatch by accident and came to need their services shortly after. She instinctively knew they were not only legit but good-hearted. I was constantly kept informed of her condition. And as much as I thought I knew about my mom's safety, Homewatch knew more and gave me excellent advice. Things improved rapidly but just as rapidly deteriorated, and Homewatch was there for her throughout this difficult time. I only wish I could save some other concerned person the time and effort of trying other services by having them go straight to Homewatch. You get so much more than you pay for. It's really priceless.

Everyone who has worked in our house from this company has been professional. I only use the service for two days every other week, so we've had several caregivers. They've all been good to excellent. We've been using the service for over a year now.
