We needed an overnight sitter for our son on two seperate occasions these past 2 months because we had trips planned. On both occasions they told us they would line it up but both times they never got back to us, leaving us in a bad situation. We will no longer use them.

I had some incidents with caregivers, but I don't think the managers to do anything to address those issues. There weren't a lot of caregivers to work with me because they would tell me they couldn't meet my needs. The caregivers would call in sick a lot, so my family would have to come and take over care for me.

I'm thinking about quitting my service with ABRiO Care because of how they have been treating their employees. The caregiver I have now isn't paid for taking me to my doctor appointments, and they don't notify me when there will be a change in things. My caregiver genuinely really cares about me and really cares about making sure I'm getting to my appointments. She makes sure to watch out for my health and how I am feeling.

ABRiO Care really goes out of their way to help out and make us happy. They're fair. Management and caregivers respond to you right away. The caregivers do the things I can't do for my loved one. They help with my loved one's behavior. It allows me to sit down and watch a movie and enjoy the day.

Some of the employees in the office at ABRiO Care are not as good as they used to be. I have an excellent caregiver from ABRiO Care. She is very good at her job, knows what to do, and follows directions well.

I would recommend ABRiO Care because they are attentive and the staff members care about their jobs. The caregivers are always very caring and work hard to be attentive to their clients. I also like the organization of the agency. I have seen my loved one change a lot since getting the services. More than anything, I look at the patience of the caregiver because I understand that handicapped children are difficult to work with.

I would say that ABRiO Care is the only service we have ever used. They are responsive, get back to us when you call them, and have provided good caregivers for us. We need someone to help out with my loved one, so this service is huge for us and is very helpful.

I think that ABRiO Care has to be long term care for someone to be able to use their services. I think that ABRiO Care is great. My husband has to get into his wheelchair, get in the car, and get transportation. Even a small visit to the doctor's can take up to four or five hours.

ABRiO Care has issues with getting people out to do their evaluations. They do not communicate well with their employees as well. This is a new issue that has recently occurred. The services make my life a lot easier. They give me respite care and I can work with my son as well.

ABRiO Care is pretty consistent in the quality of caregivers that they send my wife. The caregivers are very helpful. They take care of some light housekeeping around the house. They relieve me so I can go out and do things by myself.

I would tell a friend that the caregiver I have arrives on time from ABRiO Care and she does a good job when she is here. ABRiO Care has helped me quite a bit because there are times I can't do much because of my arthritis and she is able to fix my meals and wash my clothes.

ABRiO Care has been very poor about taking care of my needs and my provider's needs. ABRiO Care need to get me a provider that is going to communicate with me and take care of the needs that I have. In March, they were supposed to find a new rehabilitation provider but I never heard from them.

ABRiO Care's caregiver seems to not care too much and they are not as dependable. Also, if a caregiver gets sick, ABRiO Care doesn't have someone who can fill in. Right now, my loved one needs 24/7 care and so the help from ABRiO Care is very important.

I would tell people that ABRiO sent 6 people prior to the current caregiver, and the current caregiver is worth 12 of the others. The most helpful thing that the caregiver does is keep my brother cleaned up.
