We have been using SYNERGY HomeCare of Prescott for my husband for a couple of months now. Their caregivers are great. They assist my husband by giving him showers, getting him dressed, and they carry out the trash. They also do dishes and fix meals for him. I have learned a lot from this young man who's here now. They get the billing and scheduling done, and that's all I care about.

We got Synergy HomeCare of Prescott, but it didnt work out. The lady was helping my wife take showers, and shes here 3 hours a day for 2 days a week. She did everything she could possibly could, shes very sweet and very nice, but my wife didnt go for it. It was a very professional company, and I would highly recommend it.

She had a broken hip so they did stuff for her that she couldn't do for herself.

They were available so that my loved one had everything that he needed.
The biggest thing that we had was that the manager took an interest in what we needed and made sure we had the care we needed. My loved one liked the caregiver.

They take our garbage out. They're only here for 15 minutes, but they make the bed for us. Once in a while they're a little late, and my wife needs her early morning medication. It is very important.
They should work directly with the clients. We're making it out okay. There isn't anything big to put us in danger.

It has definitely been a help for me because I don't have to be over there with her 20 hours a day. They could be more consistent with the help.
They are basically reliable. Every person that comes into my mom's home is not great. Some are and some aren't.

They take very good care of my husband. I have a business that I have to run, so I know that he is in good hands when I am not there.
My husband's caregiver is very compassionate, helpful, and very engaging with him.

They do their job and they are friendly. I have surgeries often, and they help me go to the doctor and run errands.
The services are excellent. Anytime I call, they are on time and they are very nice people.

They're always available. They're very flexible, and they will do anything to make things work. They're very nice people. I'm handicapped and cannot do things myself. If the prices were a little bit lower, I could call on them more frequently; that would have a greater impact.

It was good company and he enjoyed them being here. We had them lined up to come a week ahead to go to the airport; at the last minute my sister got sick and couldn't come, so I called to cancel. When I told the manager the circumstances, he didn't charge me.

I would have liked more stringent training on what the providers are supposed to do so there was more constancy of care. They were there when I need them and were there when I could not be there for my mom.

I like the entire interview they do and the explanation of what the caregiver would do for me. They also selected someone that is excellent and friendly. I am partly disabled because of my hip. It is hard for me to get around, and the caregiver does things that I cannot do, such as cleaning and doing anything with standing. She also helps me with moving things around in the home.

SYNERGY HomeCare was responsible and provided amazing care. They allowed us to spend time with my grandmother instead of worrying. The caregivers went above and beyond in the care they provided. I am a nurse and my siblings are doctors, but SYNERGY HomeCare took care of things for us that we didn't think of.

The caregivers are there. They have no hesitation. They are my loved one's sidekicks. It can be very costly. That's the part that really gets to us, and that's the reason more family is helping and why we're using the service less.

My only experience has been with my caregiver. She comes once a week and is very good. She's friendly and seems to know what I need. My caregiver comes to the house on Wednesdays, and it gives my husband a chance to get out and do the things he needs to do and she can sit with me.

The owner of SYNERGY HomeCare introduced himself before he sent any caregivers to us. The caregivers are absolutely perfect and there is no room for improvement for them. The caregivers do my laundry, do the dishes, take care of my sink and toilet, and do grocery shopping for me.

Synergy HomeCare was excellent. The caregivers were lovely, energetic, helpful, and supportive. They prepared meals, went to the store for me, washed the dishes, helped me with laundry, and fed my dogs and walked them. They helped me move around, too. They were great.
