Preferred Care at Home is the Premier In-Home Care Agency in Tucson offers many unique services that other homecare agencies do not. As a provider since 1984:
All the staff are Covid certified and tested to assure the safety of our clients
All our Caregivers/CNA are licensed, insured and bonded by Lloyds of London for up to $15,000,000, as they are employees. Our competitors who use Contact Laborers are not insured as they can’t get coverage for caregivers who are not their employees.
All Caregivers/CNA must pass an extensive 7-point background check Federal, State, Local, License & Social Security, background checks, alcohol, drug testing and our insurer checks as well prior to being employed.
We believe in our Caregivers/CNA being compatible with the client’s needs which our assessments help us to achieve. We offer free home evaluations to assure the client is safe while remaining in their own home. Our CNAs are trained in over 144 care areas including Companionship, Alzheimer’s, Dementia and Parkinson’s. Our Client Services Department will do home visits on a regular basis to assure you are receiving the appropriate care you deserve. We always try to provide you with the same caregiver on a continuous schedule. Our goal is to create relationships and continuity within the home. Our client services also include:
Physical Therapy House Calls AND Doctor House Calls in case of emergencies. We have Urgent Care on Wheels which can do UTI Testing, Labs, Xrays, MRIs, EKGs, Stiching, Casting, Emergency Scripts, and more.
Podiatrist House Calls including Toenail cutting or more severe issues
Mobile Dentists, and more
All medical visits can be charged directly to Medicare!
