Who is Right at Home Northwest Phoenix?
Right at Home is one of the nation’s leaders in providing in-home care services. Right at
Home specializes in home care, facility care and assistance for seniors and disabled
adults. Our goal is to keep each client in their familiar surroundings as long as possible
improving their quality of life, while maintaining their dignity and respect. We are flexible
and do as little as 1 hour per week up to 24 hours per day 7 day a week.
Why home care instead of an independent or assisted community?
Home is where the heart is. Home care is an alternative to moving to an independent or
assisted living community. Our homes are familiar and comfortable; they hold many
memories of family and with the good times with old friends and neighbors! Home care
allows the ability to have “one on one” care on your schedule; this allows you to have
personalized care with a caregiver that knows you and what you like. Most of the time,
home care can be very cost effective and gives you the ability to stay at home and
maintain your quality of life. This also allows you to maintain your privacy, dignity and
independence by staying in the place that means the most-HOME.
How do we develop a plan to help my loved one?
From the moment Right at Home receives your phone call, we begin considering the
needs for your loved one. When discussing your situation, we will set–up a home
assessment to finalize your plan of care and go over our service agreement. When
starting service, a staff member does a caregiver introduction along with in-person
training for your loved one’s specific needs.

We offer 1 hour visits up to 24 hour care.
All caregivers are our employees and are fully insured, bonded and screened.
You are not locked into a contract. We have a service agreement that discloses
pricing and what to expect. You may cancel at anytime without penalties.

Who will be taking care of Mom and Dad?
We hire caring, kind and compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in the
lives of seniors. One of our sayings: “We will not hire an employee unless we would let
that employee care for our own parents.” Our caregivers are trained and we provide
additional training when special situations come up. Right at Home offers online training,
resources, and requires quarterly in-person training. Here are some of our requirements

The provider helps the most by helping me get in and out of the shower, fixing the bed, and other chores around the house.

When I call, someone always answers that phone. When I leave messages, someone gets back to me in a timely manner. They answer all my questions. They don't have a lot of turnover.

They keep the house clean. They come every other week and that is enough.
They are responsive. If someone cannot make it because they're not well or have had a problem they call me right away and try to make alternate arrangements. I appreciate that responsiveness.

Becky and her team were angels heaven sent! They were informative and kind and responsive and flexible. All the qualities one needs when trying to arrange for In home care giving. I was tasked to coordinate 24/7 care for a loved one with dementia and Alzheimer’s we were trying to care for at home and we could not have lasted as long as we did without the caring support from Becky and her staff at Right at Home. They were able to be flexible with us and they were always quick to respond to our requests. The caregivers they sent were kind and patient and qualified. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend their services especially during such a difficult time as this season in life can be.

I have a 98 year old mom and Right At Home has been providing her with home health care for quite some time now. I had worked with another agency previously and they were not nearly as reliable and easy to work with as Right at Home is. They always find a great solution if I have a particular need or issue. The biggest differentiator is that they truly care about the people they are serving - both the client and the client's family. I highly recommend this agency.

Right at Home on 67th and Bell in Glendale is a wonderful organization. I highly recommend their services for in-home care. They work to provide custom services and are very flexible with scheduling. They will make it work for the clients. I have used them for two years to care for my parents and they have been wonderful. Can't thank them enough.

The caregiver came three times a week. They helped me the most by having someone to talk to. I am not a therapist, but she had more problems than I did.
I would like for them to improve by having caregivers who clean better. She had more problems than I did.

We have used Right At Home for the past year before moving my mother into assisted living. I have had a wonderful experience dealing with Becky and Tina and the est of the staff and caregivers. Everyone is extremely professional, smart, kind and caring and my mother was well taken care of. The company alleviated my stress about my mother's day-to-day care while my husband and I were away at work and throughout the time they cared for my mother. I would highly recommend Right At Home.

We’ve used Right at Home for both my parents. They were wonderful! Our parents had loving caretakers that over time became part of the family. The caretakers were awesome always going above and beyond. The agency worked very hard to find the right caretakers to fit our needs. I would highly recommend Right at Home for all caretaking needs.

He was 92 when it started and he was living by himself. He started the care after he was discharged from a nursing facility. She came in to help him with house work and it gave him someone a couple days a week to have company with and help with chores.
We only had one caregiver and she was very good, my dad liked her and he was a little picky. He got used to her and liked her a lot.

They need to make sure their caregivers are well-trained and follow company policy.
They need to match their caregivers a lot better and make sure they have the necessary training to help their clients. They need to offer a probation period for the caregiver to get used to the learning curve.

They gave us the option of when to come and it was convenient.
They would check his blood pressure and his oxygen. He would come twice a week and monitor him and made sure he was good.

The caregiver that is assigned to my mom is really good. The caregiver has a good rapport with my mom, executes the tasks she's asked to, and is a pleasure to work with. The impact is huge. I don't have to worry about my mom because I know the caregiver is there providing companionship and that my mom's needs are taken care of.

Before RAH came into our lives we were entirely on our own. Now that they are helping us we are in a stable, workable routine, much less stress. Our caregiver, Shirley B., has been on time and here every scheduled day. She has learned how to get my son in and out of the disability van. She is a great helper and a good social outlet for my son.

They provide me with homecare services for almost 3+ years. Caregivers are always trained to be professional, respectful, and sincere in their assignments with clients. I can't really say enough to rate Right at Home except two thumbs up and if I had three they'd get three.
