They're good. One of the biggest reasons for having a caregiver is to feel comfortable leaving the client with them. I can run to the grocery store without worry about them falling.
They are very good about notifications unless they get the call at the last minute.

Excellent home care staff and admin staff. They are caring for me and my wife 24/7 and couldn’t be more attentive , professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend A Place at Home.

The caregiver makes sure that my husband has clean clothes to wear, baths him, and shaves alongside other needs of his that they handle.
I like that the caregiver we have is always on time and takes care of both my husband and me without any issues, so I'd recommend them.

Natalie and Chris always answers any questions regarding care and work very closely with me to ensure my needs are met 24/7. I could not have asked for a better caregiver group to be associated with and all employees were always on time and never failed to do as I asked. Some of the employees came in and immediately went to work cleaning and straightening up in the house. I could not have found a better organization to handle my needs after hip replacement surgery!

She watched him and got up and did whatever he needed. Right now I take care of his needs during the day and we can ring for help when he needs to go to the bathroom at night.
They were very satisfactory. They were most helpful. They were here and one lady said she wouldn't be there early. She came at 10 and I had already helped him dress and everything but she had let me know she had another patient before. They watched him.

We are still working on it. It depends on my dad. They helped most by being there for him and keeping him safe while I am at work.
