When I am trying to figure out a schedule for the caregiver, they are very good at trying to make it work and with getting back to me on that.

I own two businesses, so the agency has taken care of my husband while I'm working. I don't have to worry when I leave him.
I recommend the agency every day. I have a pharmacy, so I see a lot of people who need help. The agency really cares, and they try to find a match for the client.

They are able to take her to the doctor and get her groceries for her. They also prepare a little food for her and take her to her beauty appointment.
I like that it was available immediately, which was a big help. We have only had one instance when someone was not able to be there.

I do not think they can make it easier. They do what they need to do. They help by being here and they are her friend. They have gotten pretty close.
They are very efficient. They keep in touch with me. If something changes, they let me know. They are easy to deal with.

They have accommodated my mother's wishes, and they have checked on her beyond what they've contracted to do. They've gone above and beyond. They have shown a real interest in her health and happiness.
They are kind and interested in the people that they help. They respond quickly, and they are very accommodating.

It makes my life much easier. I can leave my loved one alone with First Choice Senior Care, and I know that they are safe and well cared for.
I like everything. They are responsive when you need coverage on certain days. They also have good flexibility, and they treat the patient well.

The caregiver takes my loved one to all of her doctor appointments, and she has a lot of them.
All of their rules were made clear to me. They have reasonable deadlines for making schedules, and their prices are good.

It is as good as it can be for someone with Alzheimer's. They take him out and walk with him.

The caregivers are always pleasant and accommodating and get done what they need to get done.
I like that they are very accommodating. We called them on a quick turnaround and they accommodated our needs.

They come four days a week, and they've tried to help me with everything I need. They allow me to go shop or go to doctor's appointments. I feel very confident leaving my loved one with them.
They seem concerned about our needs. They came, assessed me and tried to meet our needs. It's working out really well.

The lady that comes seems to do a lot of things. Sometimes there are a few reminders that I have to make.
They're very understanding whenever we need time off or if we're away from our location.

I have eye problems, so I can't drive anymore. Having someone come once a week has been wonderful. They have made my life easier.
I used the agency when my husband was sick. After he passed away, someone from the agency kept coming out to help me.

They didn't do extra stuff, but I was able to go out and do things, knowing that someone was here with my mom.
The actual care was fine and they weren't terrible. There was nothing wrong with it but the caregiver I have now, with a different agency, is much more motivated.

I wasn't able to take a shower, and they helped with that, along with things like opening cans and just helping improve my life.

I'd like to leave a glowing review for First Choice care in Little Rock. I love them. Gean B. was our Angel who helped during Aubrey's last few hours of life. She sang to him, held his face, wiped his eyes.....hugged us and gave us God's word to lean on...It was a miracle to be in her presence, right when we needed it, I love this company and will never forget the care we received.

The best thing about them was how well they matched up the right caregiver. They were customer service-oriented. The services helped my loved one get back on their feet and become self-sufficient.

They have tried very hard to get the right person and the right fit and respond to any problems I have. They have helped by having someone there with my loved one to make sure they are safe. We have had some people who have become unavailable so we have had to have new people come in which is always a disruption.

They've been helpful and agreeable, and we've had some changes with the scheduling. They stay on top with the people that they hire. They're there to augment the facility that my father is staying in. They check on him to make sure that he gets to his PT.

First Choice Senior Care was impeccable. We have great in-home help service with other family members, but I have never had anyone of any agency who was as impeccable as First Choice Senior Care. The owner runs the most professional business, and has a high bar for all of her employees to maintain. The owner was an absolute resource and I call her my godsend. First Choice Senior Care made my life easier because all of the caregivers were impeccable, and the owner is just a wealth of information to help get me other resources I may need at the time. When she did her evaluation on my aunt after she broke her hip, she recognized that I needed hospice, so she began setting that up for me, and that is just one example of many.

Using the services of First Choice has been a blessing! It's provided respite care for me and companionship for mother. Their staff is friendly, professional and willing to accomplish any task required. The caregivers help mother shower and dress, clean house, prepare meals, do the wash and make the beds. Whatever is asked, they accomplish with a smile.
