All caregivers that have been sent by Good Shepherd have been wonderful. All employees in their office are a joy to work with. They are friendly, professional and always willing to help in any way. We have absolutely no complaints and have and will continue to recommend them to anyone.

Jami and her team provide wonderful care for my mother. This is sometimes challenging, due to mother's dementia, but my nanny cams show nothing but kindness and patience throughout their care. I have no hesitation calling Good Shepherd when I need someone to sit with my mother, as I know she is always in GREAT hands!

Good Shepherd In-Home Senior Care is wonderful. I have them coming in twice a week to help us. I just think that they’re very thorough, very good, and very caring. I think the organization has some good principles in their caregiving, and the nurse that came out and evaluated the program was very loving and caring. The worker I have is more of a friend; she’s a very hard worker and does a great job.

My family and I were blessed to have the excellent care and attention from Lory, Chip and the entire staff of Good Shepherd in taking care of my mother for over 4 years!!! They were always immediately responsive in providing not only the hours that we needed, but also the right type of caregiver for my mother's personality and disease. The caregivers were always very compassionate and loving to my mom. To say that it gave me and my family great peace of mind to have Good Shepherd as our in-home caregiving service is an understatement! I highly recommend this group for whatever senior care needs that a family may have!

I am so pleased with the excellent care that was given to my elderly family members.
Living many miles apart, caring for them myself was impossible. Good Shepherd provided the necessary care for them in their own home and assurance that they were well taken care of. It was such a comfort to know that they were in good loving hands.

The staff of Good Shepherd are caring and professional. However, they can't administer the medications so I was there a lot. They kept the house and kept her occupied which was nice. She was really comfortable with them. They were very helpful to her. I am satisfied with their services.

Good Shepherd was excellent and outstanding. The caregiver is really helpful. Her name is Sherry and we love the work she did. Anita loved it because she's really good. I can't use words to explain how good she was. She was unusual. We used them for about 3 to 4 months. She's enthusiastic, dynamic, extremely capable, intelligent and she was resourceful. She can do stuff that many others can't.

I have been working with two of the Good Shepherd staff now and they are excellent. They do the night shift very easily. They relate to JD and they are just very good. They have been one of the best hires I ever had. I find them to be responsive to all of our questions. The caregivers blend very well and they do a good job. They are very professional.

In a time of emotional and physical exhaustion, God sent a ray of sunshine in the form of caregivers from Good Shepherd Senior Care. The staff was sincere and dedicated, making our loved one's final days comfortable and peaceful. The owners, Lori and Chip, visited us often in BellaVista to offer their friendship and help, going far beyond other senior care organizations. "Bless You", is not enough to say to them and their staff. My family and I highly recommend the Good Shepherd Senior Care team!

My family and I are so blessed to have the caring staff at Good Shepherd in our lives. The employees are well trained and take excellent care of my elderly relatives. I am sure the positive attitudes and the intense one on one care have helped, but the follow up by reinforcing the rehab therapies suggested by home health care has made all the difference in my loved ones recouperating quickly. I would recommend Good Shepherd Senior Care to anyone who wants a caring and involved staff.
