Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

I think when they are with one of their customers, they should keep their mind on where they are and what they are doing.
I would like them to train their helpers better in things like food handling and washing hands regularly.I feel like my food is touched by other people's hands a lot before I get it and I don't like that.

There is nothing that I can think of that Right at Home could do to make his life easier. Right at Home has helped take over some of the nighttime watches.

We're using Right at Home Metro Little Rock, and it's going fine. We have no problems. Just my husband has gotten better and we really no longer need their services. He got out of the hospital in March and we started using Right at Home about March 8th because I needed help with him, but now he has gotten stronger and better and we no longer need their services anymore hopefully. They provide mostly companionship, so that I could leave the home and feel comfortable with him having someone here with him if he should need something. We did not have any problems whatsoever. We had several people come and go, but everyone we had was just wonderful. We never had any problems with theft. I never felt uncomfortable with them being in the home. We didn't have any problem with communication. If I should have a problem, all I had to do is pick up the phone and call Debra. Mostly, my problem was with our insurance company and she worked extremely hard with our insurance company to get us the money that we had paid in reimbursed. We never had any trouble with the company itself and she has worked for us. I would highly recommend them. They're more like a family than a company.

They sometimes helped me to get dressed. They helped me to my wheelchair and helped me out of the wheelchair.

They take over. I do not have to ask questions. They should make sure the substitutes know what to do. The new Sunday morning person they sent because she can come over Sunday morning. We thought we would have the same person.

We had Right at Home in home care for my 86 year old father in law for several months before he passed. Our caregiver, Miss Lisa, was a blessing to our family - she was not only professional but kind, caring, good humored, cheerful and compassionate. Her gentle nature was perfect for my father in law and he looked forward to seeing her. She became a trusted part of his everyday life and she always was so sweet and kind with him, especially as his dementia worsened. I cant recommend them enough.

I can't express how impressed our family has been with ALL of the staff at Right at Home Metro Little Rock! Lauren has hired an incredible team to support her(Shout out Amanda) and their clients. We feel special, valuable, cared for and peace of mind knowing our parents have the care they need since we live out of town. Our parents absolutely LOVE Cheryl and we couldn't be happier making the choice to partner with Right At Home. She is on time, beyond helpful and we get fantastic communication from the office. When the time comes for you to hire in home care, Lauren is your gal and you will be glad you gave her a call! If there were 10 Stars it wouldn't be enough to sing their praises!!
