Caregivers texting constantly on job. Caregivers not showing up on time. Caregivers not trained properly, not asking and showing working sheet to be signed. Not having to sign worksheets. Caregivers sleeping on job. Office operator not courteous. Put on Hold 15 to 20 minutes, not telling truth arguing with client on phone calls. Case manager and director are very good.

The caregiver is kind, considerate, helpful, professional, and very good at her job. She never makes me feel uncomfortable even when I stay in bed when I don't feel well. Thank you so much for her care.

My caregiver does a very good job of helping me. I get help (total assist) getting a bath and shaving. She prepares all of my meals and cleans the kitchen after. I could not live at home without the help I get from my caregiver!

I learned about Home Helpers through my mother's physician. It's been a very positive experience with them. We have 2 aides who stayed with my mom. One has been with her for over a year. We've been very pleased with the helpers and it also shows that the helpers are pleased with the pay and benefits from the company. We had an elderly lady neighbor who got sick and it was kind of a crisis situation. Randy and Emily came and they went above and beyond to try to help us and our neighbor out. I just think that Randy and Emily went above and beyond to make sure that their clients are cared for. My mom has already received quality care from all of the ladies who stay with her. I actually work for a school system so kinda had different hours during the summer and school. The helpers accommodated that. I just feel that they're very flexible in helping their clients and family. My mother has Alzheimer's. The caregivers are very sensitive to what she likes to eat and what activities she like to do. They make sure she gets as much as physical activity. They take her to the wellness center at least 5 times a week. They also take her to museums and parks. When it's rainy or cold, they do puzzles that she enjoys and play games with her. It's not like everyone sits and watches TV all day. They're out and about doing activities and playing games. Just for what it's worth, I work in a school system so I know lots of people and I have actually recommended Home Helpers to other faculty and staff members in the school system who need someone to stay with their parents that have Alzheimer's or dementia and need help.
