I cannot recommend this service. We contacted this company for a caregiver for my mother because they were recommended by a friend. My family wanted the opportunity to meet the caregiver prior to the first shift to ensure she was a good fit and so that my mother would feel comfortable with her. We did meet the caregiver but the company cancelled last-minute prior to the first shift and then wanted to send someone else who we hadn't met yet. We scrambled to find a back-up caregiver but decided to give the company a second chance after they insisted that they would be reliable and that they are the best in this field. The second time, the caregiver did not show up at all for the scheduled time and there was no explanation! While Home Care Associates eventually sent someone else to cover her shift, this was a stranger (which is exactly what we had hoped to avoid) and we found it extremely stressful to not know if we would have a caregiver for the day and to have to leave my mother with someone she had not met before. Further, after expressing our disappointment and how stressful that morning had been, we did not receive any apology or explanation from the company (but were definitely contacted to be charged for the service) which I found to be quite rude and poor customer service. If you are needing a reliable service for a loved one that will be respectful of your time and requests, look elsewhere.

This company has the best caregivers in town. Their caregivers are so compassionate and caring and the Care Managers are always making sure your loved one is being taken care of. I know that is has taken a lot off my shoulders to know my mother is being well taken care of. If you have someone that needs a little or even a lot of help. I would call you will be so happy you did. I don't usually write reviews but this company is great..

Very professional and genually concerned about the well being of my mother. The care manager stayed in contact with me and kept me informed even though I was managing this process from out of town. Highly recommend.

I know I was in a bind needing help at the last minute 4:45 pm to be exact, all other providers transferred me to a recording, apparently they were ready to go home. Needing help that night and knowing a recorder wouldn't help me, I called Home care associates where they politely answered the phone and calmed my nerves, I was meeting with their rep to talk to me about my options for in home care, within one hour we set up services with them, and what truly amazed me we were able to start service that night with an amazing caregiver who has truly become part of the family. I'm truly thankful for the kindness and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty!! A+++ in my book

Peace of mind is what home care associates gave our family. Very professional and highly trained caregivers. A+++ in my book.

I feel like they listened to what we needed and they worked very hard to meet my families needs. They really cared about us. They always answered the phone when we called.

These guys live up to their reputation. We were tired of the turnover with other companies. They provided consistent and trained caregivers and our mother was very happy and peaceful as she dealt with hospice.
