They could make her life easier by having caregivers who were more active and engaged, but overall we are happy.
I would like them to improve the quality of the caregivers, they're good but they could be better. They could also be more friendly and willing to accommodate.

Just having someone there to care for my mom is critical. They are reliable and it gives me peace of mind that everything is in place.
I really like the online portal where you have a care plan and you can read daily updates from the caregivers. Also, the person running the local outfit in Birmingham is on top of things and is very responsive.

It's been helpful so far and the people I've had here so far do pretty well. They mostly just sit, they're supposed to do what I ask them to do.
I think they're too expensive and I don't think I can afford it.

We've had two caregivers come. One is very friendly and outgoing. She engages well with my parents. The other is more quiet but does a good job. She's not as skilled but it very willing to do light housework. The one that comes the most doesn't particularly like to do things but she always does what I ask her to do. She's great with my parents.
I like the structure of the agency. The manager seems to supervise everyone well.

They do take good care of him. For me they always have someone there to take care of him and frees me up to take care of my own family. They were a little more independent and didn't think they had to call us all the time.
