The physical therapy was very good as it helped my condition to improve quite quickly.
I liked the physical therapists that they had given me as they were caring and engaging so I'd certainly recommend them.

They can make life easier by getting Virgil out of the community more, and that is why we hired them.
They could be better at communication, but we are working on that.

They have helped the most because the primary caregiver that is there is excellent and knows how to handle her very well and gives me a lot of peace of mind.
I like them because we had another care giving agency and they were having a lot of trouble filling the shifts and so far you guys have been a lot more reliable.

Everything that they did was very helpful. There was one caregiver who my dad really liked and he went the extra mile.
I liked everything because everyone was nice and people were available to help.

Home Care Assistance couldn't guarantee the help they told me they had. They gave me the bill where they overcharged me and I would never use them again.
I would never recommend Home Care Assistance as they didn't have enough CNAs for scheduling to come out to help me.

There were different people. More than nine people came. Some were good, some were bad.
When we spoke to Home Care Assistance, we needed them quickly when she was leaving the hospital. She needed help, and when we called they didn't have enough staff at the moment for the hours we needed. Then after two weeks, we had 2 people, Brandy and Cambree, and they were good.

My caregiver wanted to watch TV all afternoon. I got very nervous and upset with how they talked to me. I was not a pleasant relationship.
If they tried to teach there caregivers to be more compassionate instead of saying I don't know what you want me to do or I cannot read your mind.

Home Care gave excellent care for my mother up until the very end. What ever we needed, we were able to get. All the workers that worked in my mother’s home care was very attentive. They gave me a lot of encouragement when it was hard to cope during my mother’s transitioning. I just love all the workers and I thank them all.

I could not have gone to my granddaughter's wedding without them.

Their communication is terrible with the people they sent. They didn't even know how to get into the house. Once they got in, they didn't know what they were supposed to be doing.

The company would show genuine care and concern for my father when we had them. We ended up not really needing the services though.
There wasn't a lot for the caregivers to do when they came. The company couldn't really improve, we just didn't need the services as much as we thought we might.

I liked just knowing he was being taken care of. He was in a facility, so I wasn't allowed to be in there and take care of him. They did an excellent job.

Because of their assistance she was able to stay at home.
I thought the agency was very knowledgeable about what insurance would pay or what we would pay for out of pocket. They were able to provide my mother with physical therapy.

I think that possibly if the person needed the care, they would be hesitant about giving the care. I am hesitant about telling them about the care because they do not seem to have what he needs.

They made it possible where she was able to be removed from her home to a hotel while other arrangements were being made. Now she is in a better place where they have provided everything that she could need and more. They have changed her life.
My aunt has had other agencies, and never has she received this good of care. Every employee bends over backwards to make sure that she is covered.

They do everything, especially this last person. She is the best so far. She seems proactive and attentive. She is not overbearing.
They give me calls. I have three objectives, which are my wife's safety, nourishment and hygiene. We agreed on that.

There is one caregiver that I ask for all the time because she is strong and capable and fun to talk to. Normal things would not get done without her. She even took me to the ER when I needed to for my foot.
They are really hands on, and they help me understand my care.

They have been here a long time, and they keep my house clean. I am doing better at getting out of my wheelchair, and they have been with me every step of the way. When they first started, I couldn't walk at all.
They keep in touch well and are nice. The two women that have come here are wonderful.

The caregiver I have now I would rate as outstanding. The agency has helped me by sending someone to help me when I needed it.
I'd like to be able to be sure I can get them 24/7. There have been times I've called and haven't been able to get anybody. That hasn't happened very often, but it has happened.

It was helpful, but the girl just really didn't know how to cook. I ended up showing her how to do things, but she was really nice.
They forgot to ask the girl that they sent out about cats. She was absolutely terrified of our cat, and they should have screened for that. If the cat even walked towards her, she would run outside.

An employee incorrectly identified the time she worked and came late. She was supposed to call from the house each day, but I'm sure she couldn't have called from the house on time.
