I'm not directly in the house to see the care but they help my loved one shower and run errands for her like going to the grocery store which is very helpful.
I like the consistency that they normally have over other agencies at getting you care so I'd recommend them to anyone.

They've helped me recover from the hospital. I've been happy with the care.
They told me that the caregivers would wear masks, and not all of them would do it. The lack of masks doesn't bother me, I just wish they would be consistent in what they promise.

Just being able to have the help around my home is great. It's good to know that I'm taken care of and the weight is taken off of me emotionally and mentally that my family knows I'm taken care of.
They're very good at communication. If I call with a question, they may take a message, but they'll definitely get back to me within two days and maybe have more information than I need. I love the communication.

The caregiver with SYNERGY is on time, helps the client with his ADLs, and makes sure things are within his reach.
SYNERGY HomeCare comes out to do a check-in to see how the patient is doing and overall we have not had any problems.

The caregiver has helped my father the most by being not only a companion for him, but she is willing to do anything to help him or me. She is also helpful and knowledgeable with me. This is all new to me, and she is helpful, kind, and comforting.
I like the person that came out and did the assessment to begin with was warm and open to both me and my father. The caregiver he selected was the exact same way. He even wanted two other people for back-ups. He even worked with me, so I wouldn't have to worry about a back-up.

I have allergies and a lot of itching so bathing is very important. It's also important to change my clothes, so the caregivers do that for me. They also help me get in and out of the bed, wheelchair, and recliner.
The caregivers could improve in my bathing. My faucets in my bathroom are not very hot. I would like them to bathe me in hot water though, so I would like them to get the water from the kitchen.

I cannot go home until I get them settled, so this helps a lot. In the next couple of weeks, after we get some projects done, I can go home and entrust the caregivers with the services completely.

The caregivers haven't been doing a lot for me. A lot of my stress isn't the fault of SYNERGY though. Madison is very good but my sister does this type of work and she is very professional for her work. She wears a uniform and gloves.
The company needs to give their employees more training.

They do have a person who is a contact point for me, she has been excellent. She is honest and open. She came and worked when a caregiver called out sick.
The person we have is excellent, I had problems covering the hours we need to take care of him.

We've only used the services one time. The big issue is that the timing is difficult. Sometimes you don't know how long you will need them because of a doctor's appointment or something. If they are there for two hours and five minutes or ten minutes, you still have to pay for three hours.
The agency is flexible.

I just wish that I could get Del to sign on to more days so that someone could have to help out. While she is there I'm very grateful for the care. I think that the companionship is most helpful. I was concerned that she was by herself. So at least on those two days I'm confident someone is there to watch out for her.
We are probably only into our second month and there hasn't been anything that I have been displeased about. I don't have a lot of involvement with the company though.
