I have 2 caregivers from TLC Home Care. They are remarkable, I love them both to death. And they are absolutely the most caring, loving, helpful, talented individual, both of them. I have a young man that comes today, he comes Tuesdays and Thursdays. And then, I have a young lady that comes Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. What I needed was caregiver. And both of these young people are my caregivers, they can provide a variety. They do the cooking, cleaning, bathing, walking, physical therapy, emotional support. If I need it, they provide it. They're remarkable. Since I got home from the hospital, and that's been a couple of months now, 2 and a half, maybe 3 months now. They were recommended. These 2 young people, are amazing, they are talented, they're gifted, loving and caring. I wish I could fold them up and put them in my packing forever. They're just amazing young people. They bill my debit card automatically. The scheduling is phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about what they have done to get me. I was a mess when I got out. I have been in the hospital for 3 months. These young people have rehabilitated me beyond imagination, by cooking me good meals, teaching me how to eat healthy, by making sure I got my physical exercise, that my home was clean and cared for, and that they even made sure my cat was being taken care of. They really made my recovery happen, and I will keep those 2 kids on my prayer. They are amazing.

I would absolutely recommend TLC Home Care to anyone in need of home care services. They thoroughly screen and train every caregiver. They offer free assessments and free training for each person that they place. They have very knowledgeable office staff who explain every process to us so that we feel supported in making the decision to keep mom at home. They help with insurance filings as well as that can get overwhelming for my siblings and I. We have had some minor issues with a few caregivers which is understandable, but TLC was always able to make things better and we are absolutely thankful to have gotten in contact with the Care team and staff there. Absolute God sends.

We were very optimistic and excited about finding convenient, supportive and safe care for our mom. We were met with such promise of excellence in the beginning. After that, almost everything was a struggle. There w extremely poor communication between scheduling and staff, sometimes they didn’t know their shift until they were late for it. Late, no shows, freq turnover, worrisome. Our concerns were always met with promise of correction, but no follow through. Even basic things like hand hygiene ADL’s and safety needed pointing out. Billing was a nightmare and took months to reconcile. There was one caregiver that was consistent, supportive, a bit overbearing, but reliable. It created such enormous Stress on Mom and us, we had to find urgent placement in assisted living. She was not thriving in this situation and was at times left alone. It’s very unfortunate as they seemed so available and professional at first .

We've been using TLC Home Care for two weeks for three hours a week. They offer activity therapy where they're taking my mother out into the community for art class or for whatever might be going on for socialization skills. It's worked out really good. They've been very prompt, quick to come out in doing the intake to find out what we needed, and they are very professional. We have no complaints. I think it's very affordable and we're very happy.
