Barclay Friends is a senior living community offering homelike accommodations and warm, compassionate care. Located in the heart of the Borough of West Chester, our services currently include post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. We employ a dedicated staff with many years of service. My mom is in Barclay Friends for about a month now. I am not allowed to visit her in her suite, but they have some common areas. Because we've moved her mid-March and the weather has turned nice, most of my visits were on an outdoor patio. My mother is in the memory care section and it is a new facility that just opened up in October. It's very nice. There are different activities, and they have botany programs. They have meals, and all that good stuff, I would recommend it to anyone. It is brand new, very high- end, and the amenities are very clean. As for the activities I just see the calendar every month, and they seem to have a lot of activities. The price was a little on the higher end of the range we are looking at, but the convenience of the location wasn't bad.
