Beautiful grounds, friendly neighbors, but...food is problematic...long waits for inconsistent quality. Some management staff are very responsive, others much less so. Lots of promises not fulfilled. Top managers don't seem to care. Very high staff turnover.

The Colonnade was quite fine. I visited there when they were just opening and they had just houses with garage and everything. It didn't have the apartment type thing then, but they have it now. It was beautiful. I had lunch and breakfast there in a couple of meetings and the food was excellent. It was connected with Banner Del E. Webb hospital, which was a good hospital and also, I thought it was owned by doctors. It was pretty and the food was excellent in the restaurant. I thought they had a lot of services. They had gated entrances and housekeeping, all the things that people wanted. It was very clean and had no strange odors. The people in Colonnade had they had the ability to use the recreation things that they had which were pool, gymnasium and indoor walking.
