I had a great tour at Brookdale Hearthstone Moses Lake. Everybody was super helpful and answered all my questions. I met three different people and I was quite happy to go there. It was super clean and the room was huge. They offer a lot of amenities. They have a beauty parlor, a worship area, dining areas, a library-type living room area, and outside seating like patios. They also offer a lot of different activities and entertainment that come in.

Mom is at Brookdale Hearthstone Moses Lake. So far, the place is OK and clean. She is in a studio room that is too small. I ate an OK lunch there.

I can't say enough good about my experience with Emeritus at Hearthstone. I was holding on by a thread, and I believe this was a community of 'angels' lifting me up. EVERYONE who helped me was wonderful, caring, cried with me, gave me hugs, made this move so simple, I have such a HUGE burden lifted off my shoulders and I believe my mom will get the care, respect and compassion she needs. Janie walked me through everything, Angela assessed my mother's needs, Virginia handled the financial aspect of becoming a resident, I can't remember the nurse's name, she was wonderful, handled all the meds and medical information, everyone made this transition SO EASY..I am so relieved. This was all put together in three and a half days and tonight my mother is in her new home. She has gone from a very stressful living situation to a caring, capable, compassionate home. I will be forever grateful to all the staff who made this happen for my mother and for myself. I congratulate you for hiring people who truly care.
