What I was impressed with at Crescent Senior Living was the staff, the facility, and the things that were included. I can't think of anything about it that wasn't favorable, I liked everything so far. I met a couple of staff members briefly and the director, and the person that I worked with out there were great. She's just very informative and listened, while in a couple of places I checked into, they didn't seem to listen as well so I had to kind of try to work through, get questions in, and whatnot. But she was good, she did a great job with the facility and tour. I toured it for my parents but I also know a resident that's there, and he likes it and highly recommended it. That's the biggest reason I'm leaning toward that facility. I haven't tried the food but that was a little bit of a question from a couple of people I talked to was just the food. My friend said the food's pretty good overall, now and then they kind of missed the mark according to him, but overall they do a good job. What I saw as far as what they offer for the residents, the activities they have, the structure, the staff, cleanliness, all that. They have a van that will take people out for shopping trips, and they go do activities, go to different venues, and do things like that. They have an in-house on-staff activities coordinator. I wasn't able to meet her, but I heard a lot of good things about her.

We have some friend living in Crescent Senior Living And we visited and had a tour. It was very good. We went to the assisted living part, not the senior living. They seemed to be happy. They were all quite nice. It's not too homey that's one thing that it was against for us. It's kinda more institutional, but that isn't the right term either. But it's just not that super homey. We couldn't go in at my friend's room because of Covid, we just saw it from the door. Their son was with us, and he got all dressed in hazmat suit when he went in to visit his parents but we just saw them from the doorway. It's probably 5 for the setting; it's in a more urban setting we didn't care for the urban setting. But the facility itself was a 5. We just had a tour guide, and 1 or 2 other people that we just touch base with lightly, but our tour guide was just very helpful and friendly.

Crescent Senior Living is the perfect place for my parents. Everyone is so nice and they go above and beyond our expectations in every aspect. It is a beautiful facility delicious food and the kindest and best care. Love this place!

Crescent Senior Living is very nice, it’s very bright, and filled with light.The staff is very friendly and helpful. My parents are the first clients in the place. I think they have some kind of exercise room, and my experience with them has been very good. The dining room is spacious.
