My mom is doing great in Pacifica Senior Living Millcreek. The staff seems wonderful. They're taking her to dinner, which I never thought that she would go to, and they do an excellent job with her. She's got a bedroom that just works out well for her. She says the food is good, too.

Pacifica Senior Living Millcreek was fantastic, except that the hallways and the common areas were dim in their lighting. The hallways were quite small and narrow. At times, my mom will be using a wheelchair, and I think she would feel closed in. We were able to see the vacant rooms and a showroom. They have a fridge and microwave. The staff was very informative. She was great. It was dingy and not inviting. They have a very small courtyard and a salon.

I had the pleasure of taking a tour of Pacifica Senior Living in Millcreek it was one of a few that I toured, it was my favorite, this is the future home for my Beautiful mother and her husband. All the Staff that I have met are amazing, and very caring, I feel confident that my parents will be safe and happy there. The residents are very nice and friendly, I already feel like they are my extended family. The apartments are nice & roomy plenty of space. The whole residents is nice, and clean. They have many activities for their residents like taking bus rides up through the canyons, takes them to the store to shop, my moms favorite is they have Bingo she loves bingo, and many more activities throughout the month to keep the residents active and entertained The dining area is very elegant it set up like a nice restaurant, the residents can order from the menu and they have specials for the day, their food is made when they order it so it's nice and fresh. I really liked the out door space on the back patio it was a very tranquil, they even a community garden.

My father, age 99, recently passed away but his last six years were spent at Pacifica Senior Living in Salt Lake City where the staff and residents became his family. When faced with the decision to move into this assisted living center he responded, "What are you going to do?" when it became apparent that it was impossible to continue to live on his own. While he missed dearly his friends near the home he built in 1954, he took his great attitude, moved in and quickly showed others how to serve and love one another. He was appointed a volunteer Ambassador and met any new resident the day they moved in. His desire was to welcome and orient them, making them feel like they were part of the Pacifica family. As a result he was often surrounded by others who wanted to sit at "the cool kids' table", as his grandkids called it. Bus trips, bingo and noodle ball were his favorite activities, in addition to talking with staff or visiting new friends. Peaches and apples bought at the local farmers' market replaced the tomatoes from his garden, and he delighted in sharing them with others. He loved watching sports on TV and reading but didn't complain when failing eyesight ended those activities. "Don't worry about me; I am just great" was the way he ended his phone calls and visits. There couldn't be more kind and caring people than those at Pacifica, and we are grateful that he was able to live there the last few years of his life.

I went to Pacifica Senior Living Millcreek for my uncle, and it is another one that I was considering. The ease of access to Pacifica off of the freeway was a benefit. I would agree that everything there was wonderful. I would probably give them a 4 in regard to the brightness and the overall appearance of inside, but it is still good. The issue was that they only had a dorm size refrigerator and a microwave there. The staff were very, very helpful. I did not see any activities that were structured specifically around certain likes or dislikes. I had met the activity director and she was very, very nice. They had a lot of activities that they do like painting, dancing, exercising, singing, and those type of things. I met the director of the facility and he was very nice, too. Overall, I would give a 4 in the number of activities that were available; they are just not patient specific. That facility seemed to have an equal number of men and women, so that was a plus. I met a man that was a resident that had been there for 6 years (I believe). He was an ambassador for the facility, and I thought he was 85. I found out he was 99 years old. I would never have known that. He said he loved it there. He's been very, very happy, and the residents seem happy there.

We went to Pacifica Senior Living Millcreek, and I love that place. They were nice, and they welcomed us into the facility. In fact, if I could pick one, that's the one I would have picked, but they didn't have the memory care that my mother-in-law needs. I love the lady who was in charge of new people coming into the facility, and all the people we met. She seemed to have a lot of empathy, and they were so friendly, kind, and open.

The staff and management here are simply wonderful. My father, age 98, has been here 4 and 1/2 years. He feels like the people here are family. We, his children, are so thankful for the care he receives. I can't say enough good about this facility and its people.

Pacificia has cared for my parents this past year. Providing a safe, secure and supportive community for them. This past Feb we lost our dad and now mom contiues to live in this wonderful supportive community. Mom was impressed from the begining how the staff all knew her name and treated her like a dear friend. During this time of unrest earthquakes and pandemics we contiue to have full confidence in Pacificia and their staff to care for our mother. Thank you especially to the nursing and dining staff.

Pacifica Senior Living is a nice, well maintained facility! It’s very clean and has a super friendly staff! The residences seem very happy so you know things are ran right over at Pacifica! We have had Lunch there a few times and the food always seems to be of a variety as well as really delicious plus it’s served by a friendly wait staff! We love all the people we have interacted with there, and would recommend this facility!

I liked Pacifica Senior Living Millcreek, but they only went up to a level two in care. The size of the rooms were good and they were bright. The people couldn't have been nicer. The dining area looked like a little, cozy restaurant. I would something a little brighter, but other than that, it really wasn't bad for the money. I ate one meal and it was good. I liked the people and the setup. The staff I met was wonderful. My mother-in-law was having trouble with her walker and the maintenance guy fixed it right then and there. He was so nice to her, sat her down, and fixed it for her. You can't beat that. It was very personable.

My sister-in-law has ended up moving into Pacifica Millcreek. It is very pleasant; it looks very much like a home. The apartments are large, and they have amenities like a walk-in closet. They have activities too, which my sister-in-law takes part in. She goes out to lunch once in awhile with a group. Also their staff has been terrific. The executive director is fantastic, and the community salesperson is very good.

Pacifica Senior Living Millcreek was great. It has all the same accommodations. The dining room was big. It seemed like a great place. However, they had a very tiny parking lot. They had three meals a day, housekeeping, and activities. They did a residents' check everyday. If they did not see a certain resident, they would go into their room and make sure they were OK. They had an emergency button that they could wear around their neck and push if they needed help. They also had a hairstylist or beautician there.

Pacifica Senior Living Millcreek was smaller. It didn’t have as many residents, but the rooms were smaller, and it seemed a little older. It was clean and well-maintained, and they do offer 3 meals a day.

I was very impressed with the staff at Pacifica Senior Living. The place has been remodeled, so it all looked new and fresh. I was impressed with the dining room. Their meals looked excellent and smelled wonderful. They have quite a bit of activities offered to the residents. They have a calendar set up for the different things that they do and places that they go. They have doctors and nurses on staff.

My mom was at Pacifica Millcreek for the last 8 years. We weren't sure if she could go back there, but we found a way to get her back, so that worked out fine. A year ago, the staff wasn't so great, but now they are. They have changed a lot of the ways they're doing things, so it is very much more helpful. The rooms are still the same, but they are updating.

Pacifica Senior Living looked like a good facility. The people there were friendly, and they had the amenities I was looking for. I looked at a one-bedroom or a studio apartment. It was nice and adequate. It was in a good part of town. The exterior of the facility was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

What a beautiful little place! A diamond in the rough! We saw many larger places and we loved the small and inviting feel of this place. The staff was friendly and they made us feel like we were family. We chose to move our mom in and she has made many friends there. She is still active and love that she can take walks in the neighborhood by her apartment. We love the food also, it is the best. The chef and his staff are wonderful to be around. They serve you like a restaurant! except in here, we can have seconds. Thank you to all the staff and especially for the cute marketer who made us feel like we were important and not just customer. we moved mom in because of the atmosphere we felt right off the bat!
