Blacksmith Fork Assisted Living of Hyrum has private studios and one bedroom apartments, incredible views, walk in closets, kitchenettes and much more.

Our apartments range from 311 square feet to over 662 square feet. Our goal is to create and provide a safe home-like environment for each of our residents and Super Caregivers.

Mom and dad were among the first residents at Blacksmith Fork Assisted Living. They moved in within a few days of the opening of the facility a little over two years ago. Both have since passed away. Dad in February 2018, and mom just last month in October. From beginning to end, we never had a complaint. They were respected, cared for, fed well, and safe. All very important to them, and to us. Our family thanks the staff of Blacksmith Fork Assisted Living for their care of mom and dad.

I really like Blacksmith Fork Assisted Living. They played bingo yesterday, are making Valentines Day cards right now, do exercises every day, and go on two to three outings a month. Its very clean; they have a very good housekeeping crew. They also have a library and a table set up with puzzles that you piece together that everybody works on until its done, then they do another one. The food is excellent.

My mom has been at Blacksmith Fork. The place is nice and it's been fine. The rooms are all like studio apartments with a kitchenette. Their food looks like it's good and they're pretty accommodating. The staff seems to be OK. They have a salon and they have activities almost every day, like singing, and they had a magician come in. They take them on outings and excursions. The place is pretty nice.
