About This Community

At Maple Springs Senior Living, we come to work each day to love and serve the residents of our community. This is evident in the services and the way in which our wonderful staff treat our residents in our assisted living apartments. The needs and wants of each person are unique, and by getting to know each of our residents intimately, we are able to meet each of their needs and most of their wants. Our belief is that assisted living should be used to assist residents in living their life independently and not making each resident conform to a new life-style just to receive the services they require.

Our director, Rex Wade, makes sure that all staff members know the individual needs of each new resident. He makes sure each resident is safe and happy.

Our Executive Chef, Dustin Weston, knows each resident personally. He not only knows each residents special dietary needs, but also knows how they take their coffee or how they like their eggs in the morning. Our on-site nurse Joanna Jensen, RN, knows each resident's daily routines inside and out. With this loving involvement by all of our wonderful staff, it is with great confidence that we can say there is no place like Maple Springs Assisted Living!

Here is a list of services that we offer as part of assisted living. As mentioned above we pride ourselves in meeting the needs of our residents so for a complete list of services please give us a call.

My mother is in Maple Springs Senior Living. I was impressed. It looked like things were very well taken care of and it came highly recommended by a friend of the family. The staff that I saw and talked to seemed very on top of things, congenial, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to and work with. They have activities and games for the people that are staying there that will activate their brains. The room looked nice. She has a sister there and I'm hoping that some time they can get together and room together. I think it will be really easy for my mother to get around. She uses a walker and the setup of her room is very conducive to that. It was very expensive though.

My mother-in-law was at Maple Springs Senior Living in Brigham City. We moved her out because we have moved from Brigham City to Logan. You walk in and there's a big fireplace. It's a homey area. The rooms were very nice. The staff was absolutely great. We were really pleased with them. The activities were really done well. The lady that was in charge of the activities there also helps with the activities in the facility that she's in now. They had bingo, painting classes, Wheel of Fortune, they celebrated all of the holidays, and they had a little bar area for you to go get yogurts or pop. They had fitness equipment in different areas, like the area where the pool table was. They had a treadmill and an exercise bike. The food was really good. The facility was very well laid out.

Maples Springs was nice. People had been very helpful in trying to help her. They had been very accommodating. She was looking at two different rooms. Their studios seemed very nice. They were adequate in size. It was probably 20 by 40, and that included a little sitting area, a bed, and things like that. They had everything for activities. They had people came in weekly to play the piano or do even some string instruments. They had card games, pool tables, and stuff like that available. They encourage their residents to use them.

I have never seen a more beautiful and caring facility. Maple Springs isn't just a place for those in declining health. It is a place people go to LIVE. I have had many dear friends who have had loved ones live at Maple Springs and there is nothing but great things to say about this place. The staff are incredibly friendly and passionate towards everyone, the activities are AMAZING! The activities aren't just for the residents, every month Maple Springs puts on an activity fot the family I've been to Casino Night, their Luau, and their annual Car Show. I am impressed and all my friends and residents I have talked to absolutely love it. Need I mention the chef prepared meals? They are fantastic! 2 Thumbs way up for Maple Springs and 5 stars for the best senior living place in northern Utah.

I visited a friend at Maple Springs. It is very clean. I thought their activities were good. They have different activities, like painting class, taking them for outside trips, someone is there to do their hair once a week, and others. Her room is very lovely. She has a sitting room and a small corner for kitchen cabinets, like all in one. She has her bedroom and a bath, which is very comfortable. The only thing she complains about is the food. She is diabetic, and I guess the cook loves to cook potatoes. They have potatoes 3 times a day. She is only supposed to eat potatoes once a day. She wanted to eat a tossed green salad, and they just don't serve them. She gets really upset, and that’s the time that they will give her that. Then everybody asks for it as well.
