Villa De San Antonio was really nice and pleasant. It's a very clean facility. The staff was nice and they seemed to care about their residents. The apartments were spacious and clean. The dining area was clean, too. Everybody seemed to be happy.

I went to look at Villa De San Antonio yesterday. I thought the grounds were very well-kept. The place felt more like an apartment complex driving up to it. People greeted me really warmly and efficiently. They actually had a little sign out there welcoming me for my tour. Amanda answered all the questions that I had, and we discovered that my mom was going to need rehabilitation treatment. We didn't actually proceed with a tour of the rest of the grounds. I was able to see the dining hall. There were a lot of other members that were congregating, socializing, and having a good time. The place was impeccably clean. It didn't smell like how sometimes when you go to hospitals, they're disinfecting and cleaning all the time, and it just smells like a cleaner. This place felt more natural. I really, really liked that atmosphere. They just couldn't accommodate my mom's situation, but everything there was great.

My uncle was at Villa De San Antonio. They were wonderful. He was on the side where he could do things himself with his wife, and when his wife died he needed more assistance, so we moved him over to the assisted living side of the facility. He was getting all the services that they could provide for him, but he had become a fall risk, and they could not be there all the time for him. He was wheelchair bound. It was gorgeous. He would go play poker, and they had different little games set up for them. They were really wonderful about everything and helped us with anything we needed.

We liked Villa De San Antonio, and I saw basically everything they had to offer. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a lot of activities going on, we had lunch there, it was really good, and they had a lot of stuff on the menu. They had a library, pool table, poker room, and bingo.

Villa de San Antonio is a nice community. It's bigger in the sense that it's more spread out. They have living quarters outside of the main building, and they're like little houses for independent care. The room that we saw in the main building were average, but the little villas on the outside were very nice 2-bedrooms. Our tour guide was really nice. He was just a substitute, but he did a great job. They have two dining areas, and one of them is open 24 hours. So when you get hungry in the middle of the night you can just go down and order something.
