Cambridge Square Assisted Living has a lot of different ethnicities. It was a colorful group of individuals, and it felt nice. The front door was a push-button unlock system and should not be that hard to open for elderly individuals. The curb had a whole bunch of cracks that if an older person stepped on it, would trip and fall. The restrooms and the rooms look like they were in the 1970s. The acoustic ceiling was in bad shape. No one informed them that we were coming, so this lady tried her best and I liked her essence and her soul. She was a beautiful individual and tried to answer all my questions and feedback. She was amazing, but it was not her job to do it. I liked her but she didn't know anything, though she tried.

My Mom has been a resident since March, 2017. The staff is very good and like all places some better then others. The rooms are nice and activities are good. I would recommend Cambridge Assisted Living to anyone needing that type of facility.

My mother has been in Cambridge Square for six years now. It is excellent. The staff members treat my mother like family and it has been a great experience. My mother is 101, and she can't see very well, so she is not able to really take part in any of those activities. However, I see the other residents there doing different things. I see the food and I see the menu, and it looks terrific to me. The staff members do a terrific job. The place looks like a hotel and it is decorated nicely. My mother is definitely comfortable there.

We put her at Cambridge Square assisted living, and we are very pleased with it. It’s clean, feels safe, and has very nice personnel, but I think there is room for improvement.

My parents have been living at Cambridge Square for since May 2011. The staff is excellent and very caring. The staff takes a personal interest with each resident and really gets to know them, as well and their family members.The staff plans meaningful activitlies and welcomes suggestions from family members. My brother, sister , and I know that our parents are getting the best of care and, if an issue arises, we are only a phone call away. We are blessed that my siblings and I all live in the same town as Cambridge Square, and are able to visit weekly and know not only the staff, but a lot of the other residents. We would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a small Assisted Living facility, with a family oriented atmosphere.
