The nurse gave my mother the incorrect dose of her Lexapro for 2 days before they caught the mistake. I had to call the Director of Nursing -- she didn't bother to call me and then acted like the error was insignificant.
There are no phones in the rooms and the front desk is unmanned -- if you have a relative who doesn't have access to a mobile phone there is no way to get in touch with them. The facility is dank and cold. Trash in the rooms is rarely removed.
Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and avoid this horrible place!!
