I had an excellent tour at Atria Aquidneck Place. Everything was clean and fresh. The grounds were immaculate. They were doing a little bit of refurbishing and it was just lovely. Every staff member I met knew the name of every single individual in the facility. We'd stop and talk to them. The gentleman that conducted my tour talked to practically every single person that he saw. It wasn't just to say hello. He had something personal to tell them. In some cases, he would even help the person to get to where they were going. He was very friendly. The apartments were nice. They're very, very small, but all assisted living apartments are. The kitchen was above average. They were being repainted, etc., so it's hard to tell what they would be when they were done, but they had put in new counters.

I toured Atria Aquidneck Place for my mom, and I saw both the assisted and the memory care. It was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a great facility and relatively new. They were neat and tidy. I saw a couple of rooms where the residents had moved out. They were in great shape, and I think they would just freshen them up with some new paint.

I found Atria Aquidneck Place very enjoyable. They have lots of activities and nice décor. The apartments were very nice, adequate and good size bedroom, living room, kitchenette and a nice size bathroom. The food was excellent. The staff was very friendly. But their prices were out way just high. My mother enjoyed the wine and trivia as part of their activities. They had lots of movies and bus available to go shopping. My father enjoyed the library and the puzzles.

I know somebody who is living at Atria Aquidneck Place. I visited this place. It was very modern, very new, and very sociable. The people were very helpful. With the residents who were there, socialization was good. With regards to resident-working staff relationship, it was very nice, very close, and very helpful. They would try to make everybody feel like part of their family. Their rooms were beautiful. Everything was brand new. It was a very pretty facility. They were all well-kept and right up to par. With the prices they're paying, they should be top shelf.

This is a beautiful facility, however the turnover in the management staff is unbelivable. Since my grandmother has been at this place, there have been three executive directors, two dementia directors, two nursing directors, and more. The staff in the kitchen and nursing always seem to be working short and working double shifts. This makes them grouchy sometimes.

My tour with Forest Farm was very favorable and it was very informative. The thing that we liked was that the Independent living and the Assisted Living were all inter-mingled. It was very nice. The entire facility was clean and the people around were friendly. During the visit, I noticed a lot of residents around doing some activities. The rooms were very spacious and they have a full kitchen.
