Blackstone Valley Assisted Living was clean and the staff seemed very kind and warm. The grounds were well kept. The facilities seemed safe and and the staff was responsive. There were plenty of amenities and activities for the residents to partake in. The residents seemed comfortable and happy at Blackstone Valley Assisted Living. The environment at this assisted living had a good balance of independent living and care for the residents. Everyone working there was very respectful and helpful.
