My grandmother will be moving into Bethlehem Manor. It was homey, personal, and small, which is what we wanted. The staff is super friendly and has a lot of high energy. I saw two room options. It was very nice. The rooms are a little smaller than other places, but we don't need a big room.It was perfect for us. We are welcome to bring our own furniture, which she will be bringing some of her own. I went at lunch, and the dining area looked really nice. It doesn't look like a restaurant, and it doesn't look like a cafeteria. It's nice and casual. There was a variety of food. It was just a nice pleasant place to sit down and eat. She'll be in the care plus level. It is assisted living, but she gets a little bit more checking than the base level. They have a beauty salon, field trips that will be resuming to stores and activities, church services, and a garden club. When I was in there, they were doing a monthly theme. Once a month, they do a theme day. They have certain activities that were going on there and people talking. Their theme was jungle, and they were doing some activities and crafts with that. I didn't ask about anything else. I thought that was enough to keep her busy. There might be more stuff for more active seniors. It was absolutely clean. The bathrooms were wonderful. There's not a single step the whole way, not even a step into the shower. The whole facility was very wheelchair ADA compliant, which was really nice.

My mother is in Bethlehem Manor. We chose them because of the price and the convenience that it's right down the street from me. It's not even five minutes away from me. The amenities are good for her. There are activities for her to do. They're giving her her shower and helping her dress. Basically, they're taking really good care of her. The one girl that works there who I make appointments with to see my mom is always available. If I have any concerns, she answers my questions and concerns. She doesn't like the food no matter where she goes, but from what she says, it's not bad. It's very clean there. Somebody is always there at the door when you go in. I like the layout.

I took a tour of Bethlehem Manor for my mother, and it wasn't anything over and above. It was fine, and they're very nice. It wasn't bad, it looked like it was a school before it. It seemed clean, it looked more like an old college dorm, and they have wood floors or linoleum floors. It was basic, not a lot of decoration, it looked like a basic community room, and it wasn't ornate in any manner. It didn't smell, and it seemed fine like that. The one who toured me was very nice, and she provided me with alot of information.

My mother-in-law is currently at Bethlehem Manor right now in their respite-rehab program. The physical therapy comes into the facility two times a week, so that's how she's getting her rehab. It's a small place and it's good. She has good days and bad days. It is just her not wanting to be there, but I think overall it is good. Everyone seems really nice to me, but you got some bad apples in every facility. I didn't have a problem with them, my mom has a problem with a couple of them, but I think it is just her, and I don't think it is the staff alone. I think it is just she not wanting to be there. I like it because it is a smaller facility and everyone knows everyone, so I like it. They were having a Memorial Day picnic for them, and they bring festivities into the place. It's nice. She seems to enjoy the food, too. They have a whole calendar of activities for June.

The person who checked me in at Bethlehem Manor was very informative and a very nice person. It just seemed small and confined for my liking. It wasn't as homey as I thought it could be as far as appearance goes. I didn't go around the community because of the COVID. It felt more like an institution. I would suggest that they try to make the place look more homey or friendlier.

Bethlehem Manor was a very old building and very dark. The people and the staff were very cordial, but it felt like more of a hospital setting. The hallways were dark. The dining hall was very much like a cafeteria, and it wasn't cozy. There were activities like shopping trips and they have buses. I wasn't impressed with the memory care or the assisted living.

Bethlehem Manor seemed very nice and well-staffed. I tried the food, and it seemed to be pretty nice. The rooms were spacious, and the community was very livable. I believe physical therapy was offered. The residents seemed to enjoy all the activities that they were doing and they seemed to look forward to doing them.

Bethlehem Manor was absolutely horrible. It was very clean, but it was very dark. In the rooms, there was space for a bed and a dresser, and the residents had to share a bathroom. The person who assisted me was all business; she was very cold. They have no amenities. All Bethlehem Manor is is one hallway with rooms off of it, and at the end of it is the dining room/meeting room, and that's it. There's not even a real lobby. It is very small and there are very few windows. There are small windows in the room, but no window in the hallway, and a very small outside space for the residents to use. It isn't nice at all.

For the price that Bethlehem Manor is offering, everything is fine. The dining area is cheerful and very nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. We didn't see any activities going on at the time, but the staff members are good and pleasant.
