Pinnacle at Plymouth was brand-new, and it was beautiful. It was like being at a hotel in Atlantic City. It was very busy. It's a place for socially active people. They had a cooking class going on while we were there. They had a separate movie theater. They had a couple of restaurants, and their dining room was beautiful. They had the most beautiful dining room we saw. They also had pubs, where you could go out for cocktails without ever leaving the building. It had everything a socially active person could want.
It was a busy place, so it was not for my sister. It would not have been for me either because they were right on the road and the highway, which really shouldn't make any difference. You have those cars zipping by all the time.
They had a garden area. It's an outside area on the roof or like a rooftop area where people could do their own gardening if they wanted to. I will say that it was beautiful, and it was perfect for somebody (but it wasn't for us).
The staff was good. She was very pleasant, but she seemed like she was in a hurry.

I went to the Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting. We went in to look at the rooms, they were very nice, and the two people that I met were very good, pleasant, and informative. The rooms were gorgeous. What I saw led to people feeling as if they were in their own home, which is hard to do when you're building a facility. The architecture and structure was very nice, it was spotless, the art that they used to color, it was like modern art, and I knew that my cousins would like it if they chose to go there. The corridors were wide, each floor had a different color, so it provided a difference, so that people weren't seeing the same thing all the time. If they would go from one floor to the other, there would be a variety. There was an opportunity for music, for socializing, as people get used to being there they would go on little groups and feel comfortable about visiting different areas. But with COVID, they can't do that right now.

We have chosen Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting for my mom. She just moved in. We toured it before. It's a nice place. They have been very helpful and very kind. They were very helpful with the move. They give us any information we want. The place is beautiful. They have a lot of amenities for residents and for visiting people under different circumstances; when we didn't have the COVID virus. You can see it's a great place to visit and spend time with your loved ones.
The staff is very helpful and very professional. My mom's room is a one-bedroom apartment. They have a variety of rooms. This one has a bedroom; it is a separate room. It's a nice-size room in a care place like that. They have a theater, a pub, a library, and an art room. They have multiple places. Some of the rooms I remember would be better for visitors than for the residents. The library and the dining hall are very nice. It's a big place with a lot to do in it. The theater is really nice, but it isn't being used. I think Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting is only at 25 percent capacity because it's new. It is not really filled up with people, but it is a nice place. My mom, who is a very picky eater, was very happy with her dinner yesterday, and lunch and breakfast today.

My mom just moved into Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting. We put her in on Friday. She is under quarantine and wants to get out. She hates it. It's a beautiful place, but she is under quarantine right now. They say after the quarantine, she'll be much better. Also, her phones aren't hooked up. They were supposed to be hooked up on Friday. She is not able to pick up a phone and call anybody, but we are contacting her through other ways. Right now, she is just very frustrated. They said it was to be expected. My mom said the food is good. They have activities, but she is not able to participate in them yet. There's a gym, a library, a bar, and a terrace outside. Everything looks beautiful. There are supposed to be activities planned for them throughout the day, but she hasn't experienced that because of the quarantine.

I toured Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting. My overall visit was very nice. Everything was wonderful, but the dining area wasn't being used at the time. The room had a kitchenette and a bathroom. My biggest problem was the prices were not concrete and would vary based on the needs of my parents, but I really didn't know how much. I loved it except I didn't like the fact that there were too many unknowns regarding the pricing. Everything else was wonderful. It was very, very clean, and the staff was very nice.

We went to Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting. Everything was very nice, it was very well kept, everything was clean, they're very attentive, and it's a nice facility. The staff was very good. They have a pub in there, a movie theater which was nice, gamerooms, and a number of different activity rooms which made it really very nice. The dining area was nice and roomy.

I did an in-person visit to Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting. It looked pretty nice to me, it's fairly new, and they were just accepting people in the next couple months The apartment was kind of small. I saw one or two staff members, they were very pleasant and helpful. I just saw a couple of apartments and an area where the turnpike passed by there, and still I couldn't hear the turnpike noise, so that's quite good.
