It's a nice place and they take good care me. Of course we would all rather be home but if I cant be home this is great. I always find things to do, whether working on a puzzle in the art studio, visiting the bistro for a snack, I go to most programs. I get good sunlight in my apartment.

Atria Lafayette Hill was fantastic. It's a newer facility, and very scenic. Out the back, there's a paved trail that overlooks a pasture with horses. Being still in a city location, the suburb location of Philadelphia has wonderful views. I looked at their studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom. It's very well laid out. You could have the option of a deck, or no deck or patio. It was stunning, and part of that's because it was newer. They had a barbershop, a beauty salon, and a coffee, and snack area where they have that kind of stuff out. It had physical therapy, and slash gym workout area. It had a paved walking trail around the place, a place for doctors, and I think they also had a visiting doctor and dentist for the facility. I only interacted with the person giving us the tour, their staff was really good. The facility was well-kept, and it looked new to me.

I visited Atria Lafayette Hill, it's one of my top two. They are an extremely modern facility, they're just built. I like that they had a lot of activities for the residents. I liked the gym and the amenities they had for my dad. They also had multiple dining options. I didn't have as much interaction with the staff but they were very communicative, followed up and they did everything they could to help me during my tour. I was not able to sample any food but I saw the menu and it looked good. It would need a medical evaluation to decide between assisted and independent, and we never got a medical evaluation so I looked at both their assisted and independent living.

Atria Lafayette Hill was a very nice facility. We just basically toured the facility, and they told us and gave us a list of the available services. It was beautiful, very clean, and very modern. I would love for my parents to go in there, but they don't want to. They are not ready to make that kind of move. We walked through the dining room. It was during the time when people were eating dinner. The food looked appealing and very appetizing, but we did not taste anything. It's a brand-new facility and had state-of-the-art equipment. I would love for my parents to be in that sort of environment for safety and for the socialization.

The staff were so welcoming when I came for a tour. They even had my name and balloons on a welcome sign as soon as I entered. the tour was very thorough and we saw so many residents outside in the courtyard. They had a water ice truck that was set up for the afternoon. My parents will be so happy here! I can see them sitting out on their balcony having a cup of coffee. Their month to month lease was exactly what I was looking for because we did not have a large deposit to put down.
