Celebration Villa of Shippensburg was awesome. The fee pretty much covers a lot of things. I loved it. It's clean and the rooms were very nice. They supply you a bedroom and a dresser. So, everything was there. They were playing bingo and the residents seemed content. Nicole toured me around, and while we were touring a resident came up and thought she was the nurse, but she got with the nurse when we passed her office, and that all got taken care of pretty quickly. So, they really check on their residents.

I visited Celebration Villa of Shippensburg, and I will be going there for respite. They showed us all of the facility. I appreciate the tour, and I thought it was very thorough. I liked the Celebration Villa better than the other place; although, my husband liked the other place than Celebration Villa. I felt it was a little friendlier, and I also liked the amount of activities that they offered. The whole staff in general was very friendly, and the whole tour was very nice. I liked the room. The room was a little bit larger than the one at the other place. I liked the layout of the facility. Even though there were a lot of different areas, they seemed closer to each other and easier to identify to get to from one room to the next. I liked it very much. Cleanliness was fine. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I liked everything that they had to offer. I really liked that as we were walking through the different activity rooms, the staff and the clients themselves all were welcoming and friendly.

Overall, it was a good place, but they did not have a memory care unit, so we didn’t choose it. They had a very nice dining area where they provide three meals a day, and their menu was very good. Their staff was excellent as well. The rooms were very nice and had their own separate walk-in showers and bath.
