My mom lived here during the pandemic. They did a great job of keeping her safe. They also got some new management in recently and the food, caregivers and activities have gotten really good. They were all pretty good before but now they are really good. I wish my mom could have lived there longer but I am happy to know she was happy at the end of her life. It's such a big change and so scary for everyone but the staff at Spring Mill really help to make everyone comfortable and feel like family.

Spring Mill is so bright and full of natural light. My mom didn't want to feel "caged in" and the openness of the floorplans was perfect for her. We also like all of mom's caregivers. They are friendly and patient. And she isn't always that easy to get along with! They have been super with her. If you think about it, that's what is most important. Every facility has meals and games, what my mom needed was compassion and care. If that's what your mom needs, you should at least take a tour.

Spring Mill Senior Living was great, and the staff was very accommodating. The facility offered all the amenities that we wanted. They had the benefit of having a rehab facility on-site. It was an older facility. It was almost fully occupied, and it wasn't as geographically desirable to me and my siblings, but the facility itself was great, from the staff, to the food, and the activities.

The rooms here at Spring Mill are beautiful and bigger. It is more expensive too of course, but we didn't get an overall sense of friendliness here. We went there a couple of times, and we had dinner there one time. We only met one person there, and she was very professional but not very friendly. When we had dinner there, nobody seemd to come in and talk to each other at different tables. It was kind of like in a restaurant where everybody seems to come in to sit down and eat. They bragged about the chef's cheese cake. They gave us a cheese cake to take home which was wonderful, but when we ate dinner there, the waitress said she was working there for years and that she hasn't seen them make that cheese cake. Yet they bragged that it was his specialty and they made it all the time. It was very good, but that was a little odd. The food that we had was good. It was very different in atmosphere even though the place was beautiful. They have basically the same activities.

We've visited Spring Mill Senior Living for my sister, but she has decided to stay with me. It was the closest to my house and it was very nice. We liked everything about it. They had several different models to look at as far as accommodations. It's new, only four years old. It looked very well kept.

I toured Spring Mill Senior living and it was very nice. It was just a lot more than what my father was comfortable paying. But it was a beautiful facility and I thought it was a nice environment for him to live in. I liked all the amenities they offered and the people there were very nice and very friendly.

We liked Spring Mill Assisted Living. The facility is basically new. My grandmother liked it and she wanted to go to Spring Mill Assisted Living. The staff are helpful. Her apartment has a little kitchen, but it does not have a stove because they make dinner for everybody. It got a fridge and a microwave. The residents go down to the main dining hall. I haven't eaten there but I heard that it's good. They also do a lot of activities.

The staff at the facility is very friendly and accommodating. This is one of the cleaner facilities that I have been in and they take care of the needs of our Grandfather. They are very willing to do special things for him for special occasions like birthdays and family visits. The rooms are some of the nicer once in the local area, spacious almost like a smaller apartment. Our Grandfather was a little hesitant to go to the facility and worried about meeting new people but we found shortly after he entered the facility that he had already made new friends. The facility also does a lot of outings like taking the residents to baseball games and other events. The food options are also very nice even for someone who doesn't live at the facility. Overall this seems like a very nice place for a resident and it's very nice for someone who is visiting.

This is a beautiful facility sitting on a hill out in a country setting. By all accounts this is absolutely first class is care. The staff is always on top of thingss. The facility is immaculate; the caregivers seem determined to make life nice for the residents. A lady known to be by a friend is very very particular and had to go for some rehab. She needed some rehab and respite time. This woman came from an upscale home and is difficult to please. After two days there, we found that she was made so comfortable by the staff, she had jumped right into and arts and crafts session! She is currently deciding if she may want to make this her next home since she feels so safe and, as she said content! This faciliy is just a couple years old and is definately top notch in surroundings, ammenities and activities. But of course, most imporant is the professional, caring staff. This is a highly recommended facility!

This assisted living community has many amenities that my family member enjoys, including a beautiful dining room, modern apartments with kitchenettes, transportation to local shops, recreational activities and a pool for summer enjoyment. The staff is respectful, friendly and keep us informed of health issues in a timely manner. My loved one's transition from a large home to a one bedroom apartment has been seamless and all of his needs are met on a daily basis.
